every thing was very good and nice staff and reception staff so kind, small issue of smoking smelling in the rooms.

The room type is good, the swimming pool is good. The business environment is still acceptable. It's just a little bit remote. The hotel environment and service are still above average.

The room was clean, comfortable and smelled fresh. The waiter in the lobby has a very good attitude and is professional, and the invoicing is smooth.

The room facilities are very luxurious and the price-performance ratio is very high. The front desk can provide the service of exchanging US dollars for Turkish lira. Facilities: The equipment is very new, with supporting swimming pool and gym. Cleanliness: The rooms and lobby are clean, tidy and comfortable. Transportation: Transportation is convenient.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. Even the food, the services. The front desk staff were very polite friendly and spoke fluent english. I would like to mention that Mr. Burak at front desk was an absolute gentleman and fulfilled all my queries.

This hotel is located far away from everything on the Asia side and one of the least friendly places that I visited. That's saying a lot since I spent a week there. The hotel itself is actually very beautiful. The spa looks like it is to die for although the spa service is only mediocre. Go someplace else. The staff was very standoffish and made had no problem staring at you openly. The room was clean and food is reasonable in a pinch. I wouldn't stay again and can't recommend a friend stay there.
