We stayed for 3 nights as a family. Our overall experience was quite positive. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the quality of the food was good. The breakfast staff were devoted to their tasks. Zeynep hanım made sure we had our omelettes every morning :) The room and the beddings were clean. The location is not the best if you are looking for a tourist area. But it is very close to a metro station. My suggestion for improvement would be removal of carpets from the rooms and switching to hardwood flooring, considering allergic guests. In the overall I would recommend this hotel.

The building is old and you can smiles sewage odder in bath room . Towels are turn and old.
The is okay in size, but the air conditioner is very bad. In middle of the night it get hot.

I chose this hotel for a business trip this time. The hotel facilities are good and all the staff are very hospitable and very comfortable. A very cost-effective hotel! The rooms are clean and well designed.
