Skalion Hotel

Our experience with Skalion Hotel and Spa was excellent from start to finish. Our room was really spacious, the beds were really comfortable, and we had everything that we needed for our stay. The breakfast was amazing! There was so much variety, and it was all delicious! We ate dinner in the restaurant one evening, and it was also delicious. The rooftop terrace was an excellent place to relax and watch the sun set. The staff were friendly and always very helpful. They offered advice on tours and sightseeing, and arranged our transfer to the airport on departure for a very reasonable rate. My only regret was that I didn't have time to try out the spa. Next time I definitely want to book a scrub and massage. The hotel was well located, and it was easy to access both public transport and taxis from this location. I would definitely recommend Skalion Hotel and Spa, and look forward to staying with them again in the future. I came on this holiday with my elderly father, who has always wanted to visit Istanbul. We made many special memories together seeing all the wonderful sights that this amazing city has to offer. Amongst our favourite sights were going on a Bosphorus Boat Tour, seeing the Blue Mosque, and visiting the Basilica Cistern. There are so many wonderful sights that it is impossible to see them all in one trip, so we'll just have to come back another time. We booked our holiday through British Airways Holidays and got a really good package that included flights, baggage, and hotel. It also goes without saying that our flights with British Airways were excellent as always. The crew were wonderful, and everything ran smoothly. They are always my airline of choice. This was how we discovered Skalion Hotel and Spa, and we were really happy that we chose this hotel. We look forward to our next visit, and would definitely recommend Skalion Hotel and Spa when staying in Istanbul.

I started with skalion hotel and spa for 3 days it was an amazing experience and staff everyone was sooo friendly and welcoming sooo we will back again to the hotel the breakfast was delicious and variety and the room also was a bit small but clean

It was very good hotel everything was perfect and everything was super. I like the breakfast on the 7 th floor the view as well was very am i love it and the staff was good us well the hotel skalion was very very near to everything and i will back again to the hotel

You get what you pay for. This hotel is fairly priced considering breakfast is included at a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the city and sea. The staff were very kind and accomodating, moving us to a quiter room. The doorway to the new room was low and I hit my head a couple of times. Thanks for patching me up! It is difficult remembering to duck! You do feel welcome. This hotel is a few minutes downhill from the Grand Bazaar and metro etc. Book a hotel transfer from them and they can keep an eye on things (leave plenty of time for the transfer to arrive at IST). If you walk away (20 minutes) from the tourist spot, you can great food without being overcharged. Drinking alcohol in a restaurant will seriously add to your bill. Luckily we aren't into that.
