It’s a very bad experience to live in this hotel! I booked a standard room with window, but they gave me an economical room without window when I checked in! The attitude of the receptionist was very terrible said that sorry we didn’t have extra room . I paid higher price to live a lower level room? What do you feel about this?

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood but the service is not as great Rooms are stinky and outdated

A bit disappointed was put in a attic room had to walk 4 flights off steps it was like the servants room i complained and was told this is what i booked my mum were on the ground floor with no window .staff at reception not really friendly

Hotel perfectly located close to all the biggest attractions. Clean, beautiful interiors. The only downside is that upon arrival we were checked into a room of the lowest standard, even though the reservation was for a different room! Economy rooms have no windows - I do not recommend. The next day we were changed rooms, unfortunately no gratification from the hotel for the mistake and the lack of available room. Breakfasts are good, varied.

Hotel rather well located near Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus. Services and services by appointment. The rooms are too small and no windows to the outside quite disappointed. The hammam needs to be better maintained because the smell inside is unpleasant. Hearty breakfast almost too noisy with the children of families who are not disciplined. Ok overall shame about the downsides.
