NL Amsterdam Hotel

our stay in this hotel is a long story which led to the opening of a procedure against the establishment for "insecurity" and reimbursement of the last night associated with a voucher for emergency rehousing...although having reserved the most beautiful room in the hotel according to the words used by the hotel, we found ourselves in a room overlooking a wall...after insistence, we obtained a change of room that was a little more acceptable. When we returned one evening, and despite the logo prohibiting entry, another key was in our room, light and TV on, certain objects moved, reason put forward by the staff with sneers: "we are entering the rooms every day to check the internet on the TV": They seemed quite satisfied that their intimidation maneuvers had worked...I pass by a very cramped bathroom, incessant noises all night, a fire alarm on 1 a.m. without any consequences, an overpriced, uninteresting and very insecure neighborhood and a tasteless breakfast in the basement. The only positive point is the cleanliness. Word of advice, run away....these people are dishonest at best and dangerous at worst...the positive reviews are probably some of their friends...word of advice, cancel while you have the chance
