Not a good hotel to stay at, ideal location but no peace of mind & very unsafe as the room door does not lock, very limited furniture in the room. I felt on edge sleeping at night as the door could not lock. Not recommended, its not like the real Holiday Inn all over the world seemingly it just uses Holiday Inn to promote itself but is not the real Holiday Inn franchise.

No sense for sustainability. They use plastic spoons and paper cups all over the hotel. The shower fixture was loose and the window couldn’t be open. The service person at our check out was not open or welcoming at all. I told her our worries but she showed herself defensive. Not professional at all. Disappointing for a Holiday Inn.

I really loved this hotel. My parents stay here in 2018 and after 5 years in 2023 I came to the same hotel. It’s like our family hotel. The hotel staff is amazing. Use google translate. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The hotel staff will help you with get taxi to anywhere in Istanbul.

Great place to stay.

Staff can not communicate in English and give wrong information. The room was set up badly especially the bed. We book for twin room but did not get the right thing we need , loudly construction near by. Bad experience here.

Far from the city attractions in a mix neighborhood from different culture, really interesting because you can have all can of foot, Istanbul has to much movement, traffic is horrible. But the hotel is new and have all what you need for your stay. The rooms are small.

A place of refuge for a relaxing stay. Rooms very modern and quiet. Breakfast very adequate/fresh. Rooms thoroughly cleaned, tip top! Everything was perfect and the staff were very friendly :) 10 out of 5 stars!!! Booked on the Asian side for the first time for business reasons and have no regrets. Unfortunately a bit out of reach for sights but with a bit of patience and good connections it is possible. About 800 m walk to the metro, after 15 minutes by metro to Üsküdar then by boat or perhaps Marmaray to Eminönü/Sirkeci - Ayasofya. Reception very helpful! It makes it fun and a very positive memory for the future of the past. See you soon Istanbul.. Ümit

I was very bored during my stay in this hotel. The staff was very sullen and indifferent. Even though I said the refrigerator was broken, it was not intervened in any way. The breakfast was inadequate and a thousand pieces fell off because of the staff there. We were disgraced with our money, there are no hanging cupboards in the rooms. I asked the reception and they said "that's because we are an express hotel", go ahead and think about it.

I made the mistake of staying at this hotel on 19.10.2022. On my 2nd night, when I opened the glass shower cabin door in the shower, it suddenly shattered. Isn't the only duty of this glass shower cabin to prevent it from breaking when people take a shower in it? If you can't do proper maintenance and control, why are you endangering people's lives? The glass falling on my foot cut my finger and I had to go to the emergency room across the street and get stitches in the middle of the night. When I returned to Ankara and went to the doctor for a check-up, it was discovered that my toe tendon was ruptured. I had to have surgery and thanks to it, I haven't been able to go to work for months, let alone go to work and I can't even leave the house properly because I can't use my feet. Among all this, the worst thing was the hotel's attitude. Starting from that night, all they thought about was the state of the room and the need to keep a report. I understand that you have a job to do, but please remember that you are communicating with human beings. I have not heard even one "get well soon", "sorry" or similar sentence from any hotel employee. The next day, at check-out time, all the staff had changed, but even though they knew the situation, the first question they asked me was "Will you pay for your breakfast?"????? As if that wasn't enough, they tried to charge me for the broken shower door and unusable hotel room??? When we said that this attitude was very wrong, that there was an accident and that it should be treated accordingly, we received a brazen response such as "Well, let's not call it an accident, but misfortune, it can happen to anyone." Total disgrace and disrespect. I can't even imagine that those glasses hit somewhere else or my eyes rather than my feet. Is it such a simple thing, dear? We will continue to pursue this matter so that this kind of "misfortune" does not happen to anyone again.

We were placed in a room on the basement floor even though it was not specified when booking. We requested a room change and they asked for an extra fee as if it was our choice. The room was incredibly dusty and dirty. There were traces of oil everywhere. I couldn't put my phone on the nightstand. We had difficulty sleeping in bed. There is no wardrobe in the room. There is no mini fridge. The floor is hardwood and swollen everywhere. The sofa in the room was dirty and uninhabitable. You cannot touch the glass in the room because of dirt, the curtains are yellow and smelly. We had a hard time even staying for one night..
