This was my second time staying at this beautiful hotel. Besides its perfect location, I chose this hotel because of the staff. All of them are amazing and always smiley and attentive. Special thanks to Mustafa Kemal for his open hearted welcoming to me and my mom. Our room didn’t have a window to open air. However, Mustafa Kemal informed us that he can immediately change it in case we didn’t like it. We liked the room, however, if you would prefer some daylight in your room, request this in advance. This hotel has become my only address when I am in Istanbul.

We are a family of three who traveled around Turkey and finally checked in here. We had a piece of luggage that we didn't need to take with us, so the hotel agreed to store it for free and met our room requirements. Thank you very much. The hotel is located on Independence Street, which is very convenient. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the subway station. It's not noisy at all. It feels very European here. The waiters are of high quality, polite and thoughtful.

1. Best location: The location is on the main street of Independence Street. There are many restaurants and cafes around. The key room is very quiet and large. It is very suitable for friends to travel together.
2. Five-star service: Service is the biggest highlight. When checking in, guests will be given two restaurant recommendation lists, both of which are worth visiting. I had a perfect birthday there. The restaurant even prepared flowers and cakes as a surprise on the morning of my birthday. It was so nice to have such a feeling while traveling in a foreign country. In addition, for the local souvenirs I want to buy, the front desk will help contact me to see if the store is open or make a reservation at the restaurant. In fact, it should be a super five-star service.
3. Room facilities: clean, comfortable, quiet
This must be the best recommended hotel for traveling to Istanbul!

An excellent hotel in the center of tourist life in Istanbul. It is clear that a lot of money has been invested in it. Everything is decent, high quality, comfortable, pleasing to the eye. The shower has very good water pressure. Absolute silence, you sleep well, the mattress is correct. Even disposable toothbrushes are of good quality. We were very pleased with everything. Especially after being disappointed with another hotel in Sultanahmet.
Of the minuses: in the room on the second floor, sunlight does not penetrate through the window, there is a wall there. Therefore, it is difficult to put on normal makeup. There is no breakfast, but there are many cafes nearby.

The hotel is quite old, and the owner is very nice. There is an occasional power outage, which makes it feel like a vampire. When you go out, you are in an old building. There is a bit of a traffic jam because it is so close to Galata Tower.

The location is very good. It is next to Independence Street and less than 50 meters from the subway station exit. There are many delicious restaurants and cafes around. You can visit Istanbul's landmark Galata Tower in less than 10 minutes' walk.
