The location itself is good, located near the busy pedestrian street. At the same time, many bars and nightclubs are close to the hotel, on Friday night from the hotel you can hear loud sounds from the street until the early morning. The hotel provided a standard set of amenities in the room, the room itself is not the first freshness, the air conditioning does not work.

The hotel is located near Taksim Square, 15 minutes away is the Galata Tower, so the location is not bad, but the area itself is questionable. The room is shabby, old, but in principle for such a price of norms, only a hostel is cheaper. Breakfast is very poor, but you can then sit in the breakfast area, work, pour tea and have access to water - in fact, it turns out to be a co-working space with good wifi. I lived on the top floor (it was a bit noisy from nightclubs) and I lived in the basement)) (noisy in the morning because they start preparing breakfast).
If you are used to relaxing in the intercontinental, then you probably won’t like this hotel, to put it mildly. But if you used to live in Soviet hotels, then in principle it’s not so bad here. Suitable for people to spend a cheap night for a couple of days.

The location of the hotel was really cool, it was close to everything. But too much noise due to the bar and clubs front of hotel so that disturbed our sleep and comfort even with earplugs! The bathroom was also quite small. There was only one or two hours of hot water per day!

Not recommend this hotel! We have booked a stay in a Maxwell hotel a few months ago. We had all the conformation though for a 5 nights for 400 euros. Today we had an email from the website we booked with saying the booking has been cancelled. And we can rebooking this hotel for 8000 euros for 5 nights(same datum)!!!

This hotel is VERY DANGEROUS FOR SOLO TRAVELLERS. The hotel is VERY RUDE and VERY INCONVENIENT with VERY HIGH PRICE. They DO NOT HAVE CONSISTENT RUNNING WATER in the bathroom. The room is very poor with VERY DIRTY bed sheet and duvet cover. Worst of all, the receptionist and the hotel owner are both very rude men. When I complained about the inconsistent running water in the bathroom (i was showering and the water stopped in the middle), they said that they would not do anythint about the water. They said noone complained and its normal! I was shocked. Is it normal to not have water in the bathroom in Istanbul? At the end, to prevent me from leaving a review on ***********, they cancelled my booking!?! How rude and disrespectful!!
