Ayhan & Eda & Ozgűr those staff i met 10/10 HARIKA amazing service, these staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. I Enjoyed my stay here is was comfy and every staff as well was friendly and polite. i just want to recommend opening a room service and it would be completely 100%. Good Luck!

At the end of November, I stayed at Glens Palas Istanbul for the fourth time, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms are beautifully designed, meticulously maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is outstanding—right in the heart of the city, offering easy access to everything. I must specifically highlight Ayhan, who is the epitome of kindness and professionalism. Always extremely polite and helpful, he is someone you can truly rely on for excellent restaurant recommendations or guidance to the city's hidden gems. His warm demeanor and expertise truly elevate the entire experience. I can’t wait to return to Glens Palas on my next visit to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Amaazing hotel , very clean , modern , super location and most importantly very helpful and welcoming staff, butler, housekeeping and all. Loved the bathroom and the room , they have different sizes and we booked the corner which was really spacious! I wish if i knew this hotel before but im Definitely coming again!

I loved the stay the stuff is so friendly specially Ayhan made my stay unforgettable, the rooms size is good and l loved the heated floors in the toilet it actually made my life easier. The breakfast was also lovely. And all stuff speaks fluent English.

The location is great. The room is small but it was fit for 3 adults. The hospitality is amazing and the staff were great specially Eda and Ayahan they were so friendly and helpful. They do not hesitate when i need help and give as recommendations when i need it.
