Had an awful experience. We made a reservation month prior, then after we arrived at the hotel, they told us that hotel is full. Even though we had reservation, they still did not care. Then another guy told us that hotel cancelled our reservation and sold the rooms for tourists from Emirates for more expensive price.

Scam. So this is what they do; they sell rooms on different traveling sites, at this time the price is really good so people reserve them. They wait, and put the same rooms in the roster again. If they find people who are willing to pay a higher price for your room, they will drop you like a hot potato and cancel your reservation so you are stuck to look for much pricier accommodation or be without a room at all. Beware. It a common practice at this hotel and they are doing it to people on regular basis. So all of them people who write about owners being good people are lying to you. Fake reviews.

The hotel is not like the pictures online. This is a very very old hotel. The beds are not clean, even the towels. It was difficult for us to stay. We booked for 2 weeks but we had to leave to another hotel after 1 day, even though we already paid for the 2 weeks.

Beauty in the pics not in reality. Parking gets a 4 fold pricing than advertised. They dont speak english untill you suddenly write a negative review. They dont react to communications only with short words and claim no knowledge of the english language. They bribe people with better rooms for positieve reviews (once they are pissed off). *********** js worthless as a middle party.

We are currently in the hotel. First of all, the hotel is a historical beauty and very super in terms of cleanliness and comfort. We would like to thank Muzaffer abiye for their interest. It made us feel like our own home. We would like to thank the room cleaning and staff endlessly. I hope we will be here again next time. Transportation is very close to everywhere. Овербукинг! Будьте осторожны, сотрудники отеля отменяют брони, сделанные за несколько месяцев, мошеннические схемы по перепродаже номеров, не советую бронировать чтобы ночью не оказаться на улице с маленьким ребенком, не рекомендую данный отель

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Aber die Räumlichkeiten Service und alles andere sind schrecklich. Der Eigentümer vergibt gerne Gebuchte Zimmer an andere die mehr dafür Zahlen. Also Charakter ist schonmal Null. Wir hatten ein 4 Bett Zimmer gebucht und bekommen haben wir ein 3 Bett Zimmer. Die Aussage des Betreibers : wir können uns gerne ein anderes Hotel suchen. Und das um 23 Uhr mit Frau und 3 Kindern. Absolut lächerlich. Eine Nacht haben wir durchhalten müssen. Am nächsten Tag hab ich ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Im Zimmer stinkt es nach Kanalisation. Bas und WC sind ekelhaft. Auf keinen Fall buchen wenn ihr mit der Familie unterwegs seid.
