Very dirty. This is not the same hotel I booked. They have other photos from another hotel🤢🤢🤢🤢

It doesn't deserve even a one star. My room, apart from being very small, was very untidy; musquitos all over the place; humidified walls; the furniture demolished, the sheet ripped; the curtains were turned from white into brown because of the dust; very small and bad bathroom (so small, it was very uncomfortable to take care of physiological needs); not enough supply of essentials, extremely poor WiFi in my room; bad room isolation: from my room I could hear someone walking by in the corridor as if we were not seperated by walls. Bad costumer service. The recepsionist was very rude and not hospitable at all. The owner also, while I was asking him something, he kept laughing on his phone, rather than taking care of his clients. Very disappointed.

Fuimos mi marido y yo para celebrar nuestro 25 aniversario de casados y a sido una pesadilla ,son unos estafadores ,el hotel no es el que aparece en la foto ,tengo fotos si quereis poneros en contacto conmigo ,lamparas rotas ,cristal de la comoda roto ,colchon lleno de agujeros y encima el desayuno nos llevaron caminando mas de 20 minutos a pie a otro restaurante ,teniamos incluido el desayuno pero solo nos llevaron un dia a dicho hotel ,el resto nada nos tuvimos que buscar la vida .Y nosotros hicimos el viaje por la agencia LOGITRAVEL la cual llame para decirles como nos havian tratado y como fue nuestro alojamiento y se lavaron las manos asi que mucho cuidado con el KUPELI PALAS DE ESTAMBUL Y CON LA AGENCIA LOGITRAVEL

ES UNA ESTAFA,EL HOTEL QUE SE ANUNCIA NO ES EL REAL,DONDE PONE KUPELI AHORA(AVERIGUAMOS QUE EL ANTERIOR ESTABA CERCA),ES UNA PENSIÓN DE MALA MUERTE,NO HAY COMEDOR,TE SIRVEN DESAYUNO A MEDIA HORA ANDANDO EN OTRO HOTEL QUE TIENEN UN ACUERDO. LAS HABITACIONES NO SE LIMPIAN A NO SER QUE PROTESTES,NO DISPONEN DE NADA DE LO QUE SE ANUNCIA,LOS RESPONSABLES(POR LLAMARLOS DE ALGUNA MANERA),SUBEN A LAS CUATRO DE LA MAÑANA LAS ESCALERAS DESPERTANDO A TODA LA CLIENTELA,UNA VERDADERA VERGÚENZA. CONTRATAMOS A TRAVÉS DE LONGITRAVEL Y HEMOS HECHO UNA RECLAMCIÓN QUE DE MOMENTO NO HA OBTENIDO NINGÚN FRUTO,NO SE LES OCURRA IR POR SU BIEN. SI HAY MAS AFECTADOS PÓNGANSE EN CONTACTO CON NOSOTROS PARA FORMULAR LA DENUNCIA PERTINENTE. TENEMOS FOTOS DEL ANTRO EN CUESTIÓN,A VER SI LAS PUEDO COLGAR.
