The hotel's location is excellent, with numerous attractions nearby, such as the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and Hagia Sophia. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
However, the comfort of the stay did not meet my expectations. I had booked a room that was described as having a desk, but the room I received did not include one, contrary to the description. Furthermore, the room was significantly smaller than anticipated.
Additionally, some fixtures in the bathroom were not functioning initially. Thankfully, the staff promptly addressed and resolved these issues, which I appreciated.

Fraud!!!
I booked this hotel a month before my trip with my wife, for some serious medical conditions our trip got cancelled one week before the travel date, so i contacted the hotel, informed them about the condition and i even sent them pictures of the medical records!!!
They didn't approve my cancelation request and took my money even though i wont be able to check-in there!!

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the major attractions, within walking distance, and close to the T1 station. The room is a little small, but the service staff are very nice and considerate

Let's start from the beginning, when we checked into the hotel the rooms left much to be desired, old furniture, dirty curtains, flimsy plumbing, dim lighting, the feeling that you are sitting in a basement. In addition, on the second day of our stay after cleaning the room, a bag of sweets and coffee that we bought as gifts went missing, which was ultimately not found, and the management promised to compensate our expenses, but in the end they did nothing at all. The breakfasts are monotonous, every day you will have the same thing, if you stay for a week or more you will quickly get tired of it. The flush button in the toilet was constantly breaking, and if you want to wash yourself in the shower with warm water - in this hotel it is almost impossible. The mattress on the bed falls down. It is uncomfortable to sleep. The Wi-Fi reception is very bad. In general - two points out of five. On the positive side - the location (near the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia Cathedral, the Gulhane tram stop.
