The breakfast is not adequate for 4 stars hotel, fruits are old. Service at restaurant is not adequate,.
- they knock at door’s early 8:30 am for room service
- it is not more than 3 stars hotel

The front desk can speak English, and I chose a hotel in the Asian region that is closer to the customer. The service is good, the room is quite satisfactory, and the overall is relatively clean. This is an hotel in the Asian Side of the city and around 20 minutes away from flthe airport Here in this area you can find cheap and delicious restaurants The location is inside the city but however in this area it is not so crowded as in the main city The hot have good and comfortable rooms There is availability a great restaurant that I had the oportunitee to eat . I will come back

This is our fourth time staying in this hotel. Great service as always. Our family of four did fit comfortably to a junior suite. The rooms were clean and the AC worked really well and kept the room at the desired temperature. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel had great Turkish food selection for convenient dining at the property. They even boiled potatoes for my sick son who couldn’t eat anything else. Couldn’t ask for more, very pleased!

Many times I’ve traveled to Istanbul and one of the most problematic issues was to choice a clean hotel in a safe area with friendly staff who can speak English, this is my first experience to have all. I booked a suite in the name of suite 1bedroom with kitchenette, at first I shocked because there wasn’t any room and the name was an epic fail, any way we made a decision keep up our trips without any controversy and go a head. During the trip I realized I choose correct, room was really clean, the folk on the desk were professional and very good at english(not young one but most of them) home care staff were very friendly and speak English good ( it’s really rare in Istanbul) , they provided the best for all guests as a real 4star hotel. At end if you wanna be in Asian side of Istanbul and book acceptable hotel with medium budget, don’t hesitate to choose this hotel.
