Останавливались при транзите в Стамбуле. Отель выбрали рядом с аэропортом. Но он стоит в такой глуши, что не зная его расположения, водитель из аэропорта вёз на по навигатору 35 минут, а водитель на трансфере в аэропорт опоздал на 20мирут, зато потом домчал нас до аэропорта за 10 мин. Не могли попасть в отель, ворота были закрыты и мы подумали, что отель заброшенное. Благо чат поддержки Trip.com хорошо работает и после того, как мы туда написали, они сообщили сотрудникам отеля, чтобы они нас встретили. В общем снижают баллы за расположение и сервис. В остальном на 1 ночь нормально.

Прекрасная территория, приветливый персонал. 10 минут от аэропорта на такси - очень удобно. Утром надо было снова в аэропорт, улетали, не успевали на завтрак - нам собрали завтрак с собой в боксах.
Неудобством для меня было довольно тусклое освещение в номере, и в комнате, и в санузле, явно недостаточно света. Хороший вариант отеля так близко от аэропорта.

У нас был хороший номер со всеми удобствами, симпатичный на вид, единственное - слышно было каждого кто проходил мимо.
Там же находится ресторан, можно перекусить, нам повезло там также была живая музыка.
Очень приятные и приветливые сотрудники, которые также говорили на русском и на английском и отвечали на все вопрос, вызвали рано утром такси.
Скажу на заметку, история которая случилась с нами( и наверное не только). Отель находится недалеко от аэропорта ( минут 10-15 езды). Мы показали адрес таксисту из аэропорта, он повез как мы понимаем чтоб накрутить счётчик кататься пол часа и в итоге сказал что не может найти и обвинил нас, что мы не можем показать локацию, поэтому сразу просите таксиста включить навигатор, который показывает путь до отеля. Адрес отеля им ничего не даёт ( или они прикидываются )
К самому отелю претензий никаких нет, мы остались довольны!
