The stay was nice except the walk up to Taksim. A very steep slope to walk up, and down hill walk is through dumpster area. Not safe for ladies at night. There is one way free shuttle up to Taksim but last day during check out, they didn't extend the free shuttle. Disappointed that service ends when sales ends.

整體來説還不錯，距離新城區中心要步行20分鐘左右，房間較小，服務尚可，但需要注意的是隔音不太行，邊上房間洗澡沖水聲音很清晰

房間實在不怎樣，除了裝修比較新以外，還不如快捷酒店水平，而且房間裝修味道很濃，大堂充滿濃濃的劣質香水味，入住慢得要命，前台無法溝通，居然告訴我們去機場要兩小時，還好我們自己check了一T

首先，辦理入住特別慢，我們下午2點到店辦理了快一小時。其次我們入住後，一女的莫名其妙就刷開了房間，説過什麼control…我們一臉懵逼。還有房間拖鞋衹給了一雙，住了一晚第二天打掃衞生拖鞋竟然就沒了。更好笑的是check out讓我們再付2000里拉，説是入住付款時候他們搞錯了，收少了？？？ 你收少了關我p事啊，你自己操作又慢還錯誤，當什麼服務人員。

因為航班問題，導致第一晚趕不上入住酒店，溝通退房無果，白白浪費了一晚房費。沒有想到第二晚入住體驗超預期，不但給升級了房型，還送了自助早餐，mixed omlet很好吃。第三天一早又趕飛機，酒店7點才有早餐供應，一上班特別為我們定製了早餐，豐富到很是驚喜，可惜我們來不及吃上兩口。酒店從前台服務、客服打掃、餐廳服務，工作人員都很有禮貌和素質，整體服務相當好！不遜色5星級酒店服務！
