I came at night and left early in the morning, so can’t say much about the surroundings, except that the view from my room was nice. The hotel managers were nice, called a taxi for me in the morning.

The hotel is not far from the airport and close to the sea. The room is relatively large and well-equipped. There is a railway station near the hotel, which is convenient for going to the European side of Istanbul. There is also a shopping mall nearby, which is convenient for shopping.

الفندق قريب لمطار صبيحة لايوجد خدمة ولا عربية تشيل فيها الأغراض انت تنزل اغراضك وتشيلها الغرفة وصالة لايوجد مكيف بالغرفة
فقط بالصالة وتبريده ضعيف جداً كأنه مروحة لايصلح بالحر أبداً واذا أنت متوهق فيه شيك على المكيف قبل الدخول وصوت ازعاج الشارع

For the price we paid an excellent hotel. It was clean and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. Close to the train. We had a nice room with a queen size bed and a couch that opened to another queen. A bit less comfortable but we all slept well.
I would recommend this hotel for short stays in Istanbul.
