Dirty rip off!! Booked on Thursday morning, arrived at 10:15 p.m. The clerk showed us a room on the 4th floor, no elevator! The guy looked grinning as my husband dragged the suitcase upstairs, absolutely no sign of helpfulness! The big shock arrived at the top! The guy showed us a room in the attic but more of a storage room, a vacuum cleaner that was thrown in front of the door I had to clear away first, the black kitchen worktop was full of dust, the toilets stank of feces and urine and mold, the fitted sheets were warm already attacked with mold! !!! I asked the clerk if they were serious about offering us this room as accommodation and he said he had cleaned it beforehand! Unfortunately I had already paid the money upon arrival! Payment was made to someone called by the guy who showed us the room!! Unfortunately I didn't get a receipt for it. We didn't ask about it either, because the man was outside somewhere and was called in front of the front door. The reception was also completely closed, so that everything was happening outside the door! It was just TERRIBLE!!!!!! We quickly looked for another place to stay and left this town that night! As we were loading our bags into the taxi, we saw the man who took our accommodation money! Told him it was rude to show such a room to people as a guest room but he got in his car very quickly and drove away, not even taking the key! Of course it's a ploy to keep the money! THIS ACCOMMODATION that is called APARTHOTEL should be closed !!!!! Such accommodations must be strictly controlled, because they harm tourism !!! They only care about ripping off the money from the stupid tourist! I give the owner of this accommodation the good advice to sack these two employees !!!!! The pictures are not relevant, kapıttes and dirt are simply filtered away!!!!! Stay away from this accommodation that is called an aparthotel !!!!!
