Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea

The stay was very nice, the view is amazing, the place is comfortable and clean, the staff is easy to deal with, one of the most beautiful and happiest moments I have spent, everything was perfect and unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to enjoy the hotel services more due to the short period of stay, but I will visit again and I highly recommend it. My only comment is that the floor of the rooms is not carpeted and I wish the floor was carpeted it would be more elegant and cleaner.

iI would like to share my recent experience during my stay at Movenpick hotel, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. I had booked a Deluxe Sea View room, but was instead assigned a corner room facing a very close construction site with only a limited sea view. This was quite disappointing, as the view was one of the main reasons for my selection. Additionally, the room itself was not comfortable — the air conditioning was not cooling properly, which made our stay less pleasant. On our second day, we attended the "Chocolate Day" event and arrived just five minutes late. The staff were still in the process of clearing the setup, yet when we approached, we were met with a rather unfriendly response. Despite being present, we were told very sharply that the event was over. This lack of flexibility and warmth made us feel as though we were being penalized for a minor delay, which left us with a negative impression. I hope the administration of the hotel take this feedback constructively to improve guest experience in the future. A more welcoming and accommodating approach from the staff — especially in such minor matters — can make a significant difference.

Hotel can be considered at the outmost standards. There was nothing that wasn't toke care off . Rooms, services, food and beverages, all personnel from the lowest leve up to the higher management ...upstanding behaviour and considerations towards their guests. Same feed back re their in house leisure facilities which can fit anyvtaste and need. In addition Mövenpick is well renowed by the quality and variety of the food . They have kept the same standards all over the years since I used quite often Mövenpick durring my bussines travel around the world.Fully recoomended for all kind of guests

Very new and clean hotel, I love the fit out of the hotel. Located in a nice and quiet area has plenty of restaurants around and the metro is across the road to take you to the city
