We stayed for two nights - they didn't clean 😡 they didn't even change the towels. The room is tiny. The window turned out to be fake. Pros: location - very close to the glass.

Stylish hotel and room, very interesting design of the room, you want to look at the details. But the room in fact has no window, as it faces the wall, and is tinted, there is no daylight. An interesting solution for a shower/toilet in a standard room is a glass cube, not transparent, but the audibility is maximum)). Automatic lighting is thoughtfully thought out so as not to bump into it when you get up at night. We did not take breakfast. There is an elevator. Water, tea, kettle in the room, convenient. Quiet place Near Istiklal.

The room is very small. There are windows but they are mainly for ventilation. There is basically no light because it is only about 10 cm away from the wall of the building next to it. It was 9 o'clock in the morning and I thought it was still dark. When I went out, I found that it was already sunny. The service was average. There was only one man, probably the boss himself, who was not enthusiastic and cold. This should not be a hotel, but just a small hotel. Good location, newly renovated

I am very dissatisfied with the service of this hotel. 1. I booked the hotel for two nights because I believed the hotel's introduction on the Internet. I asked two local taxi drivers to take me to the hotel, but the drivers couldn't find it. In particular, the second driver was waiting for customers in the nearby area and was familiar with the surrounding environment, but he couldn't find the hotel. During the search, the two drivers were very responsible and repeatedly got off the car to ask residents and passers-by near the hotel. No one knew the exact location of the hotel, and they couldn't take me to the hotel in the end. Later, I dragged my luggage and walked around the hotel according to Google navigation, including enthusiastic passers-by to help find it. It took nearly two hours, and finally I had to give up staying in the hotel because of physical exhaustion, which wasted the prepaid two nights' room fee. 2. Because my itinerary changed, I needed to go to the hotel one day in advance. As a result, Ctrip customer service told me that they called the hotel's contact number and sent messages for no less than 10 times, but no one answered or replied, causing me to wait at the airport for two hours. This is a very bad consumer experience.
