Clean, Convenient, and Caring – A Perfect Transit Stopover” I had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel during my 2-day, 1-night transit from 16–17 March before my flight back to Singapore. The hotel was exceptionally clean and conveniently located—just about 10 minutes from Istanbul International Airport. Breakfast was also provided, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. Although I didn’t catch his name, one of the staff members was especially helpful in guiding me on how to get around Istanbul city. A special thanks to the hotel manager, İrfan, for making me feel safe and well-informed during my short trips to and from the city. His practical tips on taking a taxi or Uber were invaluable, and I appreciated how he stayed connected to ensure everything went smoothly. One small note for springtime travellers: the air conditioning system provides warm air by default, but if you prefer cooler air, simply switch off the heater. Thank you again for making me feel at home, even during a short solo stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient airport accommodation!

I am from South Korea.At first , Arnavutkoy is nice province to visit.There are amazing 3 Camii which are Tasoluk,Mezkez and sidik. When I stayed in Golden River hotel for 5days, I felt so comfortable just like my home. That's because hotel members are all kind n served customers with a sincere mind . Manager Irfan is a man of dignity .I respect him n never forget . He really wanted to offer great service for the guests . so impressed . And I want to appreciate again Altan ,Fatime n Surreya,who was a police officer ( of course, including the owner of the hotel . I have already been to Turkiye 5 times n usually stayed for 15days each visits .So stayed so many hotels . You won't regret if u r a guest of this hotel .I still feel so good smiling ,thinking hotel members . That's a quite a unforgettable memory.Thanks again !

Close to the airport is a plus. If you want a place to stay for resting between long transit flight, you should book this one. However, it's not easy to go to the Istanbul center from this. You can only take bus, and it's really long. Train to the airport is only available fron city center.

I love this hotel. It is small, compact, yet very rich and comfortable. Oh, the colour coordination of golden and black/charcoal and creams interspersed with white are such a caress on the eyes. The floors of marble also black, charcoal and golden are always shining with cleanliness. There is a working desk, making this a choice hotel for those on business trips as well. The hotel manager is super friendly and helpful, suggesting activities that will make each day a wonder. The staff is well trained, respectful, gentle and efficient. In a quiet part of Istanbul near the airport, the Golden River Hotel is affordable, pretty, comfy, and homely. Immerse yourself in this hotel for an unforgettable stay in Istanbul.

The value of money is worth. Big dining and good foods, especially nuts.
