Travelled with two teenagers children. And it was not the best I have stayed. On arrival the room floor had balls of dust and fluff. Not good first impression. My daughter asked for sawing kit, they said would bring to the room- never turned up. We had family room. Big for 2 beds, not for 3. No wardrobe so no where to hung clothes, no where even to shelf clothes! No where to dry clothes if you need to freshen it up . One needs a shower 3-4 times a day in the middle of July! Do count your clothes accordingly! Breakfast was 3 out of 5. Nothing special very scares choice. Very basic. No fruits even in the middle of summer.
Positive- lots of free water. Room cleaner every day including changing towels. And location is top notch! The view from the terrace is worth every little moment of above described inconveniences.

Excellent location. It is the closest hotel to all monuments. Had some trouble with rooms on first day as there was no hot water in room but they sorted on next day.
The in-room food order service is very bad as the food is delivered from outside and the portion size is very small.

I really enjoyed my stay at Joyway, the room service and house keep was excellent. Ismail was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Abdullah was great and ensured we get what we need for the breakfast. We will definitely visit this hotel again.
