Since the owner changed, the hotel hasn't been the same. I used to stay in this hotel every time I was in Istanbul. Now I've been there once and never again. The owner is not at all accommodating, a liar and deserves less than 5 stars. The hotel is outdated, the furnishings are outdated, it is not cleaned properly. Only the receptionist was nice, nothing more. Absolutely disgusting!! The location is very good. But that's it!

It is a hotel that has no advantages other than its location, where there is no breakfast and the stairs are very narrow and steep.

Stay away from this hotel!!! This hotel is the worst!! You don't get the room you booked. Everything in the room is dirty. The floor is dirtier than the street, the curtains have an unpleasant smell, the bed linen is slightly yellowed, the toilet smells like a sewer; everything is falling apart in the shower, you can't touch anything because it will break immediately. The patio door is broken and won't open (in my opinion the door handle has been broken for several years), the "hotel staff" have no idea about anything and can't help with anything. For 2 days there were broken pieces in the stairwell that the staff saw but didn't remove. We had booked 5 nights and had to leave after 2 nights and go to another hotel. It was simply unacceptable.

A central hotel with many shopping opportunities

Yepyeni ve de başka bir otel. Kaldığım birçok otelden çok daha farklı bir yerdi, otantik tasarımlarından dolayı çok beğendim öncelikle. İlginç yapıda bir yer, odaları zaten çok nezihti. Her şey uygun ve de fiyatları da aynı zamanda iyiydi.
