Grand Gedikpasha Hotel

The hotel turned out to be a scam. I don’t know how this is possible, but after paying for the hotel with a card and leaving the country, the hotel began debiting money from the card, and they have been debiting for several days now. I don’t know what to do, I can’t block the card while traveling, and they withdraw money every day. How to remotely write a report to the Istanbul police about fraud?

Very small room, tiny bathroom with damage. The views of the city are of another block of flats 3m away, with a clothing workshop where they work all day, we couldn't even open the curtain because you could see the whole room. Tiny balcony that has never been cleaned. When we arrived there was water in the kettle from the last customer and an empty bottle of water under the bed that had been there for 3 days. They don't clean anything, there is carpet and the dirt accumulates there. They don't even clean the bathroom, if you leave traces of makeup in the sink, when you get back to the hotel in the afternoon the same traces of makeup, hair or if there was a piece of paper on the floor, the paper is still there. The TV didn't have an antenna nor was it connected to the Internet, we couldn't watch anything. The breakfast was very meager, there wasn't even coffee, only instant Nescafe. A disaster, we left the hotel 3 nights earlier than we had booked, losing our money, because we couldn't stand being in that hotel any longer. The photos they have published on the websites have nothing to do with reality, it is a total fraud, a deception.

Well located hotel. Hosts not super professional. Always on the phone. Check-in was a drag. I don't know what the receptionist was doing with his computer. But otherwise, nice hotel. Varied breakfast even if there is no real refill. M
