Pictures seem from a different place . Awful arriving at night and they didn’t have a room for me . They took me to another hotel infested with roaches . I couldn’t sleep the whole night bc l felt them crawling up on my legs and my whole body itched bc there might’ve been bedbugs. Filthy ! Even motel 6, can be a 5 start hotel compared with this one. FILTHY !!
I have pictures to prove it , GRAND HOTEL ALMIRA, it was . I expect a refund ??

The hotel is good. I liked the location because there is all transport nearby, metro, buses, boats and even if you don't want to take transport there are plenty of things to see nearby; bazaars, stores...

Very friendly and helpful staff there!
Excellent location for the centre.
Unfortunately, despite having been recently redone, there was mold all over the ceiling.
The room is not made up and cleaned until the 4th day.
Breakfast a little limited.

When we arrived at 2 a.m., we were told that one of the rooms was damaged and that we only had one of two. After endless discussions, it turned out that the manager had simply given us our room for more money, saying "well, you could have had an accident." As an alternative, they wanted to put us in another room, which ended up having no electricity. The whole building had no electricity (it was the only one on the street) - really unbelievable!! ******* should take the hotel out, it's a complete disgrace.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an elevator to bring the heavy suitcases to the rooms.
The wardrobe is much too small and so we had to live out of the suitcases.
The room was also quite small.
I would not book it again.
It is of course only a 3 star hotel
