The Maestro Hotel

The staff provides excellent service and a strong sense of community. Strategically located near Galata Port Mall, public transportation, and close to the Bosphorus, making it convenient for dining and shopping.

Becareful, they accuse you for anything just to get the 100€ deposit , even if it is not true ! Definitely will not come back, and Definitely don’t recommends it to anybody ! We stayed for 8 nights، so of-course during this stay we will request for an extra slippers / shampoo (as 1 slipper & 1 shampoo bottle) would not be enough ! so thats what we did, we requested extra slipper / shampoos from the houskeeping However upon check-out time, imagine that they told us to return the bottles of the shampoos & the slippers back ! Saying they are recyable ! We told them we throw them in the trash ! they didn’t bleived us and said that we searched the trash and we couldn’t find them ! They said that they checked our trash (the one we throw 2 days ago) ! Seriously ! What kind of a hotel who searches in the trash of the guests - totally unprofessional & cheap hotel ! Moreover they said we informed you to return them (which is a lie) !, i said nobody told me, they said a receptionist named “ahmed” told you, i said show me the video recording in reception camera showing he told us that, but they refused ! which confirms their lie ! They are lying saying you requested 4 slippers in the first 2 days ! Which is totally untrue ! and what are my intentions with an empty bottles of shampoo !, what shall i do with them !, even though, i can do whatever i want, without returning them back, moreover they didn’t tell us to return them back ! We waited 1 hour and half in the lobby, waiting for the manager (which was totally unhelpful to solve this problem), They let us delay our flight in airport ! the Manager and whole stuff —＞ were not co-operative & unprofessional ! So eventuallty they took the 100€ deposit + they wanted to charge us extra 97€ for the empty bottles ! it’s our right is to get those amenities daily ! They humiliated us for those dirty / used slippers and empty bottles of shampoo ! What kind of a 5 star hotel that request for this ! Definitely does not deserve a 5 star hotel or these expensive prices for thier rooms and bad attitude ! If you want those slippers & empty bottles, just tell us from the beginning, don’t wait till the end after throwing them in the trash, unbelievable ! Otherwise don’t give them to us from the beginning !, you can refuse ! Or just tell us return them back after being used ! They had time (during the whole stay = 8 days, just to tell us), many ways :- in the reception / while cleaning / by phone / litter under the door / but they waited till the check-out time for this ! but Nothing has been informed (not written nor verbally) ! This is a scam ! They will do whatever they can just to get the 100€ deposit , Please be aware, this hotel is affecting touresum in istanbul !, bcz of their attitude and what they did to us, and now I don’t considor of going back to istabul for touresim anymore in the future ! as They ruined the whole vacation experience ! you can also read the other reviews of the other

**Review of Hotel Maestro: A Disappointing Experience** During our stay at Hotel Maestro, we experienced theft, and the hotel's security did nothing to investigate. Their lack of response and professionalism was unacceptable. We cannot recommend this hotel and advise others to avoid it.
