The host is attentive and able to check in when I arrived around 1130pm at night due to a late bus. The location is near to T6 Kumkapi station and surrounded by local retailers. Everything is clean in the room and quiet despite bustling neighbourhood. Kitchen, washing machine are working but you need to prepare your own washing powder. The downside is that there is no elevator. My stay is on the first floor so it’s ok.

Place was amazing 👍 so close to the shop and local night market. Owner was super helpful organized us tours and transfer from and to the airport. Definitely recommend the place. The room was great with Aircon and it was so quite you couldn't hear any noise from outside

Basic laundry/cooking utensils/bathroom facilities are provided.
Room condition was not clean.
Since there is no front desk, it is inconvenient to contact the hotel directly by phone to receive the key.
I don't think I'll visit again

Don't stay here. It costs more than 300 a night. The hygiene is very poor and the soundproofing is very bad. There were people walking around in the room upstairs all night. There was so much movement that I couldn't sleep all night! And the location is not good, it’s scary at night

Never saw the cleaning lady once. Everytime she arrives she was on video and speaker phone that all tenants can hear her conversation and problems. She constantly was yelling on the phone when she’s working. They literally leave a broom and a mop outside your door for you to clean. If you want toiletries you have to message the owner and wait a few days for it to be delivered. We ended up buying our own. The owner Abdullah is a respectful man, his communication was great with tenants. However the kitchen faucet was broken, we have rodent problems and no cleaning service. All information provided here was given to the owner so he was aware that even tho his communication service was good, him not being on the property was a hinder to the apartment because the cleaning lady didn’t do her job.

What is advertise it’s not what u see when u arrive, the place is disgusting & unsafe pictures look nothing like what u see advertised on *******. even the address is not the same as what’s listed in the booking.
Upon arrival we tried to contact someone by phone only to be meet w foul language we felt unsafe & did not end up staying at the property meanwhile the hotel refuses to issue a refund & ******* can not process a refund unless the hotel approves it!!

Appartement semble t'il rénover récemment mais n'importe comment ...je ne saurais citer le nombre de défaut tellement il y en a de la douche qui evacue mal a la cuvette de wc qui bouge en passant pat le manque de prise ou lumière proche du lit...une hote mais pas de plaque de cuisson ni rien pour faire la cuisine ... pas de serviettes ni tapis de bain ni torchon ..bref pour le prix (23nuit) et un court moment ca peut allez mais sinon j'aurais mis 1 etoile ...
Arrivé tres compliqué l'adresse n'était pas bonne et communication en anglais compliqué avec le proprio...
