酒店不是24小時前台服務，前台上班是早上10點，如果是早班機並且早上有出行計劃需要在酒店行李寄存的慎重考慮這家了，（早上10點因為我瘋狂的聯繫業主終於他把門禁的密碼告訴我，我才得以進去存放我的行李）另外入住人數一定要自己查看酒店的確定函，攜程平台在這次預訂上就給我造出了一筆不小的損失，詳情可以看下面的截圖，另外出行方面地鐵、公交車、電車離酒店約12分鐘的步行距離，且都是下坡路（酒店的位置在山上），最後，酒店工作人員居然在房間衞生上批評他的客人甚至提出不符合他們的衞生標準，在我入住的所有酒店和民宿以及度假村中它真的是唯一的存在，讓我難以置信！且在我反問之後，就不再回復，種種槽點和不尊重的行為言論，如果我再來我就是狗👊

The staff specifically Shirin was very friendly, approachable and helpful.
Our transfer from and to the airport was organized perfectly.
The property was clean and close to many tourist locations.

Great apartment with the view. Good quality and design. The team was very helpful, happy with the service. Location is close to everywhere if you like walking :-) The tram at 5 min walking distance take you to the old city, bosphorus tours etc, what to expect more.

It felt like at home the manager and the woman at the reception was so friendly. We will stay there again. We loved it. The location is amazing. We are Turkish. We live normally in Bodrum so it was a great option for us in istanbul but now it’s like our home thank you to the team at Ando Living Hope to see you soon

The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The whole building smelled of smoke. Our Penthouse of the fourth floor also smelled of smoke, even though they mentioned in the contract it was a 1000 Euro fine for smoking. The one bathroom was so bad, we couldn’t use it.
