We were a family group of 6 persons , 3 rooms . One of us need a wheelchair to move . We Arrived about 2 AM due to our flight ( we sent warning email to the holel reservation that we will arrive late ) .... found no one in the reception. Only a night guard hardly speaks English , he told us that our 3 rooms are occupied and they made a 1 night reservation in a nearby hotel .... we had to walk about 1 kilometer with all our bags and carryons .Next day we checked in but one room had a broken air-condition .... for 5 days , everyday they promise to fix it but never did. Breakfast is very poor and basic . They nver change the items for a week and sometimes they use what's left from the previous day . Rooms aren't equipped with telephone, so if someone needs anything you must go downstairs to the reception and you may find no one there . No room service at all ... for three night we waited for an extra blanket till we got it. The location is perfect , 2 minutes walking from Gulhani tram station. Rooms are considerably big as most Istanbul old city rooms are really small.

a simply catastrophic hotel, the photos do not correspond to reality, room too small, not even ready at 6 p.m. despite reservation and prior payment, it is dark everywhere, only 1 lamp at 1 w I think in the room, the same on the stairs, lack of pillows, towels +++++, a breakfast not even 1 euro, in a small corner of the terrace under the sun at 40°, a hotel that does not deserve to be displayed on your platform, plus I paid more than 120 euros per night for it ???? , a bad experience that I will never forget ????
