It’s been such a nice first-trip of mine in Istanbul due to this hotel and its area. Most of the attractions are close and transport is accessible. English speaking receptionists and hotel manager were very helpful and kind, helped with everything we requested. Rooms were wide and clean just as described as in the pictures. Highly recommend it for those who is looking for a neat room with a reasonable price.

The hotel is clean and the staff helpful, be careful if you have heavy luggage, you have to go up half a floor with your luggage if you have the room on the top floor. The hotel is not very far from the metro station, but the problem with the location is that it is in the middle of a district of manufacturing workshops and shops and wholesale stores, not to mention that the small streets are painful to walk and not very pretty and not clean and noisy. If you just want a place to sleep and go out early it's fine. The rooms are comfortable and well laid out but not very big.

The hotel is not bad, but the location is so-so, you go out and there are some ateliers sewing fakes around... but in principle, everything is nearby: restaurants, shops, tram stop. You can walk to the main attractions. It's a pity that there is no breakfast. You can buy coffee at the reception for 2 euros. There is water. That's all! They clean the room well! No complaints.

The soundproofing is terrible, the room itself is in the basement and everything that was happening above and the neighbors on the side was extremely audible. But the worst thing is that the toilet is in the shower stall, and if someone took a shower before visiting the toilet, then there was a huge probability of a dangerous situation, it became very slippery. The door to the shower itself jammed and it was extremely difficult to close it. I would not go there a second time and for this money you can find a better hotel.
