Great central location with easy access via metro / tram. Walking distance to shopping, tourist attractions and hamam locations. Noise level from street is something only very good sealing of the windows might improve. Friendly and helpful staff with many recommendations for activities

Really in a good place for accessing historical places, bazaar, and shopping avenues.
Just it would be really good if they made some interior repairments such as pieces of furniture. then it can be like Five stars hotel condition

Worst receptionist ever, grumpy old guy who apparently wants sharia law in the hotel. Very unfriendly and inflexible, he should be fired. I recommend anyone to stay away from that place, especially if you have a girlfriend you're not married to.

Very small bathroom, you were unable to sit on the toilet straight as the shower was too close, there was black mould in places in the shower and the bathroom had a bad smell from the drains.
