I felt good from the start because the service and kindness were good. The room condition was also clean, so I was really satisfied during my trip. It was a lodging. Even if I come again, I am willing to book again.

We stayed in a quadruple room, new and large, which overlooked the street from which you can see Istikal Street, as the hotel is located around the corner of the liveliest street in Istanbul. People and movement until late at night with clubs, restaurants and shops open until night. But despite this, the room was always clean and tidied up daily and stocked with clean towels, shampoo and shower gel and was perfectly soundproofed. Air conditioning works and can be changed manually according to preferences. I thank all the staff who were always helpful and smiling in everything, from coming to meet us for breakfast, to giving timely directions for getting around this enormous city. Fresh bottles of water were in the fridge when we arrived, and they were replenished every day. Comfortable beds and clean sheets. The hotel has a reception always open with an adjoining bar and tables in the characteristic street where you can sit and sip a coffee or tea, and also the possibility of eating a good plate of pasta.

We were there from Thursday to Sunday. The hotel is not big, rather a bit small. We felt very comfortable! The location is perfect, you can reach everything either on foot or within 15-20 minutes by taxi. The staff at the reception were all helpful and courteous, great! You feel a bit like at home, safe and comfortable. Recommended!

I arrive at the hotel in the evening and, at check in, I realize that I have forgotten my backpack in the taxi. Panic, I had everything inside including my and my wife's passports, the keys to the car parked at the airport in Italy, the house keys and much more. A few moments and the two people who had received us understood the situation and immediately took action by calling the taxi company and quickly managing to track down the driver and my backpack. I have never seen such kindness and courtesy, they literally saved my holiday and my thanks will never be enough. What can we say about the structure, simply perfect, clean, comfortable and in a strategically enviable position from which you emerged and immediately immersed yourself in the chaotic and colorful nightlife of Istanbul. It's a shame that, due to work commitments, I was only able to stay there for two nights, but I will definitely return. Thanks again .

Convenient location. Large, clean and bright room. Tea, coffee, soap accessories, slippers are provided. The hotel agreed to the meeting and approved payment on the spot in cash (not all hotels agree to this). One minus for me was the lack of a safe in the room.

Excellent location (5 minutes to Taksim metro station). The room was comfortable, spacious, bright and very clean. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: sufficient quantities of shampoos, gels and conditioners, slippers, water and tea/coffee. Quick, hassle-free check-in. The staff is very polite, responsive and attentive. We prepared a very tasty breakfast according to an individual menu♥️
