This is a scam; the photos and information do not match reality. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was offered to live in the middle of a renovation, with dust and dirt everywhere. There isn’t even a locker to store my belongings. I contacted customer support, but the host replied that there was no renovation in the room, and the support team agreed with them despite the photos I provided. Trip.com sided with the hotel and refused to cancel the booking.
I am forced to cover this situation on social media.

Excellent location to shopping and sites.
As it was an old building, need to climb stairs.
We had a small room with balcony which is always a bonus.
Was quiet till last day, there was some construction opposite.
Hostel is usually a good place to meet people as they tend to sit around in the dining area where tea is provided throughout the day.

Situated in the courtyard of houses near a busy street. Can be difficult to find at first. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the rooms. The kitchen is open and small, where smokers smoke, which may be uncomfortable for non-smokers, so it depends on the weather conditions.

Very bad, in an alley, the location is not accurate, the room has no locker, the door cannot be locked, there is no air conditioning, the street bed cannot be fully closed, there are mosquitoes, very noisy, poor hygiene, the quilt is not changed for each guest, the black guy at the front desk has a bad attitude

Stayed at the Gafa Garden hostel. The staff is very polite, attentive 👍. There is a Russian speaker. The rooms are clean, clean bed linen. Breakfast is a buffet. The location is super 👍. Nearby is Istiklal, metro.
I booked very quickly through trip.com, the payment went through immediately. Everything is great!
