This hotel is amazing!!! Everything is perfect!!! The only downside is weak WiFi. I highly recommend it.

The room is clean and sanitary, the bedding is neat and comfortable, and the furniture is of high quality!

The hotel is located in Kadikoy in the Asian area, facing the Bosphorus Strait, very close to the Strait Ferry Terminal, and can be reached in 2-3 minutes on foot. There are restaurants of all sizes on both sides of the hotel. Whether you walk left or right for a hundred meters, you can enter the crisscrossing and bustling alleys. There are many restaurants in the alleys, dried fruit shops, chocolate shops, fruit stalls, vegetable stalls, fish shops, pickled vegetable shops, tourist souvenir shops, daily necessities shops, thrift shops, home goods shops, small pharmacies, beauty shops, skin care shops, small decoration shops, candy shops, etc., which are dazzling and can make your legs weak. The hotel style is retro and luxurious, elegant and grand, and it is very enjoyable to look at. The room is extremely clean and can be called spotless. Especially the bathroom floor, shower room floor, and washbasin countertop have no stains or water stains, just like the first time it was used. The hotel service is also very good. Because the flight time is late, I left my luggage in the hotel for about 7 or 8 hours after checking out, and the staff did not complain. After shopping, I went back to the hotel and waited for the bus. A staff member (an older man) took the initiative to make me a cup of Turkish tea. When the bus came, he helped me take my heavy luggage to the bus. I forgot to ask his name at that time. I would like to thank this gentleman again. His service made me feel at home. The only small drawback is that the bed in the single room I stayed in was only 90cm, which felt too small to live in.

Very good hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. Conveniently located, within walking distance of the metro, ferries, a huge number of restaurants. The room is very clean, towels, water, etc. are changed constantly, the air conditioner works, there is an iron, a capsule coffee machine.

I decided to stay in the Asian area for the last two days in Istanbul. After comparing multiple hotels, I finally decided on De Kalb. First of all, I must say that the location is really great. It is very convenient for travelers! There are airport buses that go directly to the two airports nearby, and there is a direct subway from the Asian airport. In addition, the ferry is just opposite the hotel, which is very convenient to go to the European area. The hotel is also near the Asian area, which is a very popular street. The hotel is not big overall, but the facilities are very new, and the reception staff are also warm and friendly and provide good service! Recommended!

The location is really great. It's just across the Asian Terminal and the subway station. You can get there by just crossing the street. The neighborhood next to it is good for shopping and dining. I booked a city view room. The room is very large, 35 square meters, very comfortable. The downside is that there is no view on the first floor. If you increase your budget and book a sea view room, it will be much better

Clean and well located hotel. Heartwarming welcome. The abuse offered is very good. A small point to correct: the cushions are hard otherwise the bed is perfect as well as the design. Alright !

The hotel is not far from the pier and subway station. It is convenient for travel. The room is large and the front desk is very nice.

I booked a hotel room for three nights this time and had a very bad experience. 1. For the city view room booked through an agent, when you open the window on site, there is only a wall. I coordinated with the reception desk and told them that I booked a city view room, now it is wall view, and asked them if they made a mistake. The hotel confirmed that it was correct, this was a city view room, and I was deceived. 2. I was not satisfied with the wall view room, so I paid an extra 50 euros per night to change rooms. When I got to the room after 10pm, I found that the quilt cover was dirty. Since it was quite late, I didn't notify the hotel and stayed the whole night. I went out to run errands early the next morning, wrote a note and placed it in a prominent place on the bed, requesting that the sheets be changed. When I came back from doing errands in the evening, I found that the sheets had not been changed, and I immediately became annoyed. I called them and asked them to be there at around nine o'clock, and watched them change the sheets and quilts in the room. Cleanliness and service are very poor. 3. When I came back on the last night, I found unknown hair on the quilt cover, indicating that the quilt cover was not clean. I called him and asked him to send a quilt cover to replace it. Overall, the service in this hotel is not very good. When a problem arises, the solution is not satisfactory and the attitude is cold. As a hotel in the service industry, it has been found several times that the hotel is not clean. This is really incomprehensible. I will not choose this hotel again in the future.

A centrally located hotel, stylish, exceptionally clean and such friendly staff, I really felt at home here and even though I stayed only 4 days, I am so sad to leave as the staff who helped me - Menifer, Kerem and Efe Emre made me feel like a member of the family. I travel as part of my job and I have a lot of experience with hotels around the world, so take my advice and stop swiping and looking at different hotels - choose Dekalb!

5.2 “Worst hotel expirience in the World” We stayed in this hotel between our flights and artive at 22:00 and ask to book for us restaurant in Istambul, but manager says book by yourself. I’m ask about second keycard, but not recieve that. We ask about breakfast tomorrow morning and manager says it’s start at 8 am, but when we go to breakfast at morning, personal says breakfast begins at 9 am, and bring to us bread and eggs and some snacks and vegetables, for what I pay for this? Suite in hotel with seaview have partial view of the sea. Inlerior looks like gypsy in royal style, but clean and comfortable. Not recommendet this hotel for everyone. Close stand Doubletree by Hilton with nice view rooms and normal time breakfast.

I believe its a family run hotel. I am a sucker for new hotels and liked the 5 star reviews in different sites. Also,  I wanted to stay away from the touristy Sulthanamet and Karakoy areas. The good: Asian side, less than a 5 minute walk to the Kadikoy Ferry Port. Brand new ( as of 2023). Small, only 27 rooms, great bed!. Owner, Oz was very hospitable, even walked me to the port. Hotel room was spotless! Helpful staff all over the hotel. I discovered a maze of shops, restaurants, cafes, kepab eateries etc where the locals hang out, right in yhe neighbourhood behind the hotel,  I ate my best meal of the trip in this area. The not so good: The hotel is great but just lacks something - it needs more character despite the luxurious facade that was attempted, if you get a sea facing room be aware that it gets pretty noisy on the road right in front of the hotel during the weekends. Entrance of hotel lacks curb appeal, I wouldn't call it luxury,  perhaps a very well done 3 star hotel at best. It'll be interesting to see how they evolve over time.

The best hotel in Kadikoy district. Hotel is middle of Kadikoy district, hotel gives you easy access all amenities, hundreds of restaurants close by. I can easily say that the hotel is cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. Hotel staffs are very friendly and extremally helpful. We were very lucky to get ocean view room.
