We had a problem on the night of the 20th to the 21st and indeed my girlfriend and I could not sleep all night due to the presence of a ********* right next to our room. The hotel tried to tell him to be quiet but he didn't force us to move or change the room. This situation lasted all night until the morning. It's a shame we asked for a refund.

This hotel does not know what is called cleanliness and hygiene. I stayed for 2 nights when I had to. It is not a family hotel, it is not clear who goes in and out. You wake up to other door closing sounds at night. There is a layer of dust on the floor, inside the lamps and on the windows. The room smelled very bad of cigarettes. The towels are gray and torn. Even the cover of the duvet is dirty and torn.
