We came to visit my son. A hotel I prefer as close to the home building where my son stayed is a small, sweet hotel, but a very small and limited hotel in the area. The workers are trying to do whatever they can, especially Mr. MEHMET. The hotel offers special services and special breakfast to foreign tourists, so you are a third-class citizen in your own hometown. The hotel has no room for three people, but they let even the extra-shame towels that they gave us for three people leave one person, and the reception is not helping but the MEHMET is very difficult for you to do it. The floor rooms are close to the roof, I think it's hard to breathe three people inside and under pressure. Let's come to the breakfast part not a buffet open, but a snack breakfast and tea and milk are provided. But I like butter and honey, and it is not given enough. There is limited scope for breakfast, so don't think about breakfast for it, I say, make breakfast like a man elsewhere. The cleaning is not bad, nor good, nor bad. I think there are different more nice hotels nearby, and can be given 300 or 400 TL more and stay in a better hotel 3.kat rooms and have window shortages, windows small vr broken, I prefer a different hotel for it, I'll say it is heavily

We had a vacation in ISTANBUL for 10 nights, we had staied in CITYLOFT 36. It was a nice place. 2 bedrooms. At the first day I had a problem with my reserbation; I ordered the suite 5 mounthe before, and when we arrived the told me there is a broblem with the 2 bedroom suite. After an argument with them, I agreed to two separate suites but for one night or two maximum nights because I did not want to separate the children in another suite. For the first two days, I insisted on being swapped into one suite as I booked. In the end I gotן it . Breakfast comes in the tray, but the same breakfast for 10 days is boring. Sometimes there was a problem with parking, spotless, private parking of the place closed after 9 p.m. I must say the staff were very respectful and responded to our requests. The rooms are clean, the suite has a small living room and a kitchen that is poorly equipped, has a washing machine but the instructions are in Turkish. And there's a big fridge. It is in the Asian part of the city, about 20-30 minutes from the city center. But it wasn`t a problem becues we rented a car. The price was very good.

I am myself a hotel manager but since I am accompanying my sister for a cosmetic treatment, I had no say on on the hotel choice Regardless though the hotel I represent as a manager is neither perfect, here are a few observations I am currently in room 1201 and still got another 8 nights to go, so my views may change and they will be duly revised Starting from the bad… Reception - the most unfriendly and unhelpful department I ve encountered so far. This is the department who should lead by example in these terms yet while every department I ve encounter have been great (housekeeping, food and be beverage, spa) … this department lacks the welcoming factor. Sad as reception often leaves the first and last impression. Breakfast - basic but good quality. Can’t ask for more Spa - I still have to try this but the attendant who showed me around was helpful and patient. Thanks to his approach I will definitely give this place a try Room is big, comfortable and well equipped… cleanliness upon checkin not as great … yellow stained silicon around shower, hairs of previous occupants, dusty accessories. The industry is suffering and while I Am mentioning this, I am ready to close an eye Highlight of hotel - by far - the rooftop restaurant … the lamb shank was to die for and definitely best lamb ever… service is 10 out of 10 and 2 people stand out by far … girl with glasses working on Tuesday 11th evening shift … and the ever so amazing and charming Mohammat… impressed and equally jealous of their customer approach. These are people I would hire in a blink of an eye, Mohammat, especially I look forward to spending the next 9 nights here. Turkey is amazing but the Turks are even greater Room 1201

I have stayed in several hotels in the city. And I always look for low budget hotels because I only sleep there and then leave. And so far it has always been worse than you think. But with this hotel I was more than satisfied with the condition of the hotel itself. It is further away from the center, but you can easily get to everything by metro or taxi anyway. It is a 20-minute walk to the next metro station. As the manager of the hotel told me and showed me with photos on his cell phone, the hotel was only inaugurated a few months ago. So it is very new. As far as I remember, it opened in early 2023. The interior is really nice and modern. The prices are really beautiful. I only paid €150 for 6 nights. I was alone by the way. There is not really anything going on there, people come, sleep, eat and go, so it is very quiet. The surroundings are also quieter than in the center. There is a mosque nearby, but the walls are so well sealed that I was not woken up by the call to prayer in the morning. The view from my window was just beautiful! I was on the 4th floor. You could see the skyline really well. There was a 24-hour reception👍 And the staff were nice too, I even had a long chat with one of the staff and the manager. The place was tidied every day and it was nice and clean. Best low budget hotel so far👍👍

Ξενοδοχείο στη πλατεία Ταξίμ , σε τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις στο κέντρο της πόλης και βρίσκεις πολλά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Δωμάτια χωρίς καθόλου θέα και με πολύ θόρυβο από το δρόμο. Το πρωϊνό φτωχό, μόνο η θέα από την αίθουσα του πρωϊνού αξίζει.

I stayed here in February 2020 for 4 nights together with a friend. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk away from the nearest sightseeing places located in the historic part of the city. Even nearer to the hotel there are groceryshops, bars, parks and restaurants. Keeping in mind the little money you pay for your stay, you can't really complain. Eventhough, I'd like to see some changes. Since the bathroom is really small, the whole bathroom actually is the shower. Everything gets wet, so there's not really a good place to leave your towel and cloths which you obviously want to keep dry. Maybe a few hooks or hanging baskets will be a good addition. There was 1 hook though, but it was very small and broken. (see picture of toilet, there a small cabinet next so the width is about 1,20 M en the same goes for the depth. The shower is on the right wall, infront of the cabinet) It also takes a very long time for the bathroom to dry. The water isn't stopped bij a small shower edge or something and theres nothing to wipe the water with, which left us with only one option: Shower in the evenings and leave the window in the bathroom open so it will be dry by the time it's morning. Not idealic at all, considering we where staying here during the winter. Also we had to share a socket during the night to charge our phones. It would be great if there were more of them. These are all small 'complaints' so it's not too bad. Especially for the money you pay. There's one thing left I'd like to warn you for: the sounds. The hotel is very noisy. You can hear other people very well and unfortunatly we had some people staying in the hotel that didn't take this into account. Because of the noisyness, you'll also be able to hear the mosques very loudly in the early mornings, so if you don't want to, bring some earplugs. Despite of the few negatives, I myself would stay here again and so would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cheap hotel near the old city centre.

Traveling to Istanbul is exciting experience and most of the time you should go out of the hotel and walk around so booking the luxurious hotel isn’t good idea. It’s better to cost for visiting this amazing city. You have to consider instead of your payment. At first glance, the location of this hotel may seem a bit disappointing, but I assure you that this hotel is in a great location and is safe, as well as at night, when sleeping, it is quieter than many neighborhoods. . Make sure you get the right service for the price you pay. The only drawback is perhaps the small size of some of the rooms of this hotel, which, considering that the purpose of the trip to this city is sightseeing and you only go to the hotel for bathing and sleeping, all your needs will be met. To begin with, now this hotel is called DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. I booked a stay for three nights through booking in a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were given a different room that did not match the description and photo when booking. We returned to the administrator with an attempt to explain that the number was clearly different. He looked for our reservation for a long time, found it, and eventually gave us another room. It was larger and similar in size to the one in the photo, but it did not match in appearance. We were told that there were no other rooms available. In the end, I had to stay in this room. Then we began to examine it in more detail and were in a slight shock. The point was the condition of the room itself: the door trims were broken off, the walls were all chipped to the ground, the sink was loose, the shower hose was frayed, the faucet that was kept on parole. The faucet and fan just stuck out of the wall, everything above the doorway in the bathroom was smeared with cement without any kind of decoration (everything is in the photo). Towels are dirty, with lipstick residue and holes. Bed linen was also in question. The price included breakfast, which again turned out to be not the same as in the photo on bo***********A photo of breakfast is also attached to the review. The main thing there is half a loaf. Arabs work at the front desk, who know a couple of words in English, that is, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. And finally, the cherry on the cake. We decided that we could not stand here for three nights and leave after two nights. As a result, the administrators canceled our reservation when we checked out, and sent information to booking that we supposedly did not check in. In general, they simply deceive people! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Perfect stay in central of istanbul. Walking distance to Taksim and Galata Tower. Sishane metro and Tophane tram station are also nearby. Room was clean. The only thing we need maybe an electric kettle inside the room to make tea and coffee. And also more variety in the breakfast
