The staff make this place amazing! The location is further out of the city centre where all the bad stuff happens so this is perfect with a short taxi ride to Beyoğlu. Selcuk, Serdar and Mehmet are the stars of the show! Nothing is to much for them ,when you ask. I had an accident (due to my twitter addiction) and fell down the stairs. They arranged my ambulance, the GM Sukru came to check in on me at the hospital and drove me home after he arranged special treatment for me which had me in and out in a jiffy! The hotel was at fault but who will sue anyone that cared for you that much whilst at your most vulnerable in pain. Selcuk saved me from being totally being scammed by a fake taxi driver! serdar ensured everything went smooth from my housekeeping, special request and with information. I am gobsmacked by the service and the attention to detail from the housekeepers to GM

We have a new building, comfortable accommodation. Even the standard room is super. I recommend those who like to take a photograph. It has an esteric bar, restaurant and lobby. The city's best staff interest is 🙏🏾🤍 restaurant staff, pre-office staff is the highest level. We are very happy again thank you very much

We had an unexpected stay in Istanbul when we missed a connecting flight. Turkish Air puts up many of its transiting passengers at this hotel. It seemed new and modern, with a comfy beds and clean bathroom. The rooftop pool was open to use, and gave amazing views over the city, but was very windy. We had buffet breakfast (8 kinds of olives, as well as breads, cheeses and cold meats, hot dishes and fruit) and a cooked lunch provided by the airline. We ventured out into the nearby square for coffee and to people watch before being shuttled back to the airport - about an hour’s drive. The only negative: single glazed windows meant an early morning wake up by the call to prayer from the nearby mosque. Not a bad place to be stranded.
