The hotel is located next to the Asia Airport, with outlets behind it. We were returning to Istanbul from Antalya (only Saw flight available) and were going to take a day off before returning to China. We were very satisfied with resting here. There is also a super large Migros supermarket next door, where we bought a lot of delicious chocolates to bring back to China.

They had extensive knowledge of the hotel and its amenities, which allowed them to provide valuable recommendations. My dining experience was superb. The dishes were delicious, and the kitchen staff were dedicated in their service and responsiveness. The massage session was a rejuvenating and relaxing experience. The therapist demonstrated high skill and professionalism. I would like to express my deep admiration for the exceptional service I received. I want to commend the performance of the front desk staff, as well as the quality of food and service in the kitchen and spa.

A hotel located 5 minutes walk from Ortakoy Port. All staff members are very friendly and did not spare smiles and friendly support throughout my stay. In particular, the hotel breakfast was excellent with the ocean view and good lighting, and all staff members were friendly, so I was able to enjoy a perfect breakfast.

There are few elevators. The receptionist is not friendly at all. The price is a bi high. I would not recommend it to those on travelling trips. It is not convenient to go anywhere, and it takes at least 2 kilometers to walk to the subway station.

Everything was good except for the service system. Every time I order room services or laundry service the hotel staff called my room asking for how am I going to make a payment. I felt very uncomfortable and didn't feel being trusted.
