They also help with the luggage om arrival and departure using the covered golf cart in case there is rain. Great location

The hotel location and accessibility to the old town are enormous. But the noise from the hallway is not soundproof at all. And the hotel staff didn't solve the request to call a taxi, so I waited for an hour and solved the transportation by myself.

There are more pros than cons, but there are cons. The hotel is composed of a number of independent houses, located on a public street, i.e., to go from one room to another or to the reception/restaurant, you have to go out to the street and go into another building. It is not cozy at all. The hotel is located at a stone's throw from the Topkapi Palace, the Hagia Sofia Mosque, the Blue Mosque and the Water Cistern. You walk less than 3 minutes to get to any of them. On the other hand, amid Istanbul’s traffic, the worst I have ever seen in my life, the traffic near the hotel is the worst of the worst. Very easy to get to the places I mentioned, a nightmare to get in and out of an extremely bad location traffic wise to the generally very bad traffic elsewhere in town. Rooms are decorated in Turkish style, spacious and modern. All convenience you would expect from an hotel of this category are available. Were it not for the location, it would not have been the best choice in my opinion.

The room is not big, but the location is super good. The hotel's garden is also very nice, and it's quite nice to take photos. Just 2 minutes after going out, turn right and you will see the Blue Mosque and Sophia Cathedral. There are two Egyptian monuments and a snake-headed staff on the square. The starting point of the sightseeing tour bus is right on the square. It is very convenient to get there. To exit the square, go left. Going out is Victory Street, which is very lively and has trams running through it, which is also very unique. Go down (right) on Victory Street and you will go to the Old Palace. If you look at the mosque on the left and Sophia Cathedral on the right, the Basilica Cistern is on the right side of the square. The entrance to the Basilica Cistern is where people are queuing across the road. We stayed for 5 nights and walked around every day. It was very atmospheric. In Muslim countries, prayers are held five times a day. When the loudspeaker sounds, it is most disturbing in the early morning. However, they seem to be very conscious, and the volume is slightly lower in the morning and the duration is shorter. The rest of the time, just enjoy listening to music when praying. Every time, there is a live broadcast of prayers in every mosque, playing a long tune as if singing, which is very exotic. Basically, you have to negotiate the price of a taxi, and Grab also negotiates the price. They all charge extortionate prices, so you must negotiate before getting in the car.

Absolutely great place to stay! The hotel is placed on the heart of the city, all main sightseeing’s in walking distance, a lot of restaurants around so it’s easy to find nice place for lunch or dinner or just for cup of Turkish tea. The hotel is not big, with very stylish local design and absolutely warm atmosphere inside: a lot of respect and care about the guests. The rooms are clean and have nice design, small balconies with street view or sea view on other side. In nice cafe on the first floor good breakfast are served. Especially would like to thank Kenan from reception for his hospitality, help in every question we had, stories and recommendations about the city. It was pleasant stay :) Thank you

Very central location, very close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. Very kind and helpful staff. When we arrived in our room the radiator broke and they changed our room to a more expensive one with a sea view at no extra charge. Although we didn't use it, the hotel also has a SPA. Highly recommended

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Pluses: - comfortable big rooms; - perfect location - next to Istiklal famous street and Taksim square is just 10 minutes walk; a lot of restaurants, shops around; 5 minutes walk to Galata tower; - very good service; - ok breakfast (selection could be better) - but service is amazing. Attentive and fast. Special thanks to Eren - surprised with very good service. Please keep him. - 18th floor have amazing restaurant with city view; - ok small gym; - nice outdoor pool. Minuses: - amenties sometimes have some issues - like windows lockers, lights. Before rooms are given to clients - would recommend to check. In general would recommend and i would be back.

We were recommended by the brothers Hasan and Ugur Karaca, from Heritage Nomadic Art store, underneath. All in all the trip was a success, good hotel and wonderful gifts in the store below!

Opposite the window is the groundwater palace exit; another room window facing the Sofia Cathedral, 50 meters walk from the back door of the hotel is the exit and entrance of Topkapi Palace; the entrance to the hotel is 60 meters away from the entrance to the Sofia Church, the entrance to the church Close to the Blue Mosque and the Church Square; it is a century-old house in the old European district. It seems that the pedestrians who appear on the window are very European. In the morning, we walked along the wall of Topkapi Palace to the beach to see the locals swimming in the sea; visit the church, the palace, and the mosque; the hotel is very close, you can go back to the room and take a shower before you can go; see the pedestrians and dogs in the square in the afternoon. Dogs play; at night, the church and the square are dimly lit, and there are many barbecues and various food choices around the street. Look for locals to visit and enjoy the food. Breakfast: more abundant, there are questions about the degree of omelette and coffee juice, the service is 5 stars. During the period, there were lonely boasting people who performed similar rotating dance music. The next day, considering the need to go to the Grand Bazaar to facilitate the peninsula of another hotel in AJW, it turned out to be a mistake and should stay in the hotel for another night. AJWa is twice as expensive. In the vicinity of the Grand Bazaar, the interior decoration is luxurious, but it needs a very steep slope. It is very hard. It is a wholesaler of shoes. It is a bit messy at night. It is still a little worried to walk back to the alley of the hotel. .
