Absolutely Perfact place for visitors. Very clean very nice and very convenient. Front Desk stuff are full of happy welcoming and always able to help you out. Morning breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety. Rooms are big with many kind of coffee and biscuits for free. Also available mini bar in room for those who they like alcohol. I am very satisfied give 10 out of 10 points

Good place to stay during the long transit, the room was spacious and clean with blackout curtains. However, the synthethic bedsheets and hard to control AC may cause discomfort during the night and it may be hard to sleep tight. The breakfast was amazing! A lot of hot dishes, salad area, fruits and sweets - everything you to prepare for a long flight. Honeycomb in the breakfast area so you can enjoy fresh honey?? Mind blown!

The employees are very kind And helpful, specially Karla and serdar. They are very accommodating and willing to assist you hen necessary. they deserve 5 stars I did not sense the same from the night shift. One employee with the name Fehmi started an argument with his colleagues infront of us. Very unprofessional and scary for the guests

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Pluses: - comfortable big rooms; - perfect location - next to Istiklal famous street and Taksim square is just 10 minutes walk; a lot of restaurants, shops around; 5 minutes walk to Galata tower; - very good service; - ok breakfast (selection could be better) - but service is amazing. Attentive and fast. Special thanks to Eren - surprised with very good service. Please keep him. - 18th floor have amazing restaurant with city view; - ok small gym; - nice outdoor pool. Minuses: - amenties sometimes have some issues - like windows lockers, lights. Before rooms are given to clients - would recommend to check. In general would recommend and i would be back.

Holiday Inn Istanbul City, an exceptional hotel, IHG Group! We stayed there in June 2022, 9 days! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS reception staff!!! We received, as it was my birthday, a business room of 55 square meters! With living room, bedroom, exceptional! Pool view! Also, the cleanliness is 100%! Very good location, right in the tram station, which has a separate line, so transport is not limited by road congestion. A bit disturbing is the fact that, sometimes, we had to leave the pool at 3 or 4 p.m. because sometimes they had wedding parties organized in the pool area. But these parties are very nice, not disturbing, because at 11 pm they were over. It is very easy to reach Florya beach, in approx. 30 minutes by MetroBus. We recommend!

Not a good hotel, but the best one 😀 I wanted to stay more in this IHG Property to experience more of their hospitality. Their employees are very keen on details. Delivered what has been promised and you can feel their teamwork and love for their respective tasks. Sumptous food, lots of varieties, so tasty, room is very clean, washroom also you cannot detect dust to be honest and comfortable pillows and bed I had the best sleep with this hotel during my entire holidays in Turkey. The location is just perfect to stay away in the busy central area of Kadikoy. Friendly hotel Chauffeur also available and helped me a lot to go to airport with the best price and very safe. Highly recommended, special mention to Erbal and Omer. Thanks again for the wonderful short stay.

My entire stay at the hotel was excellent and pleasant from the very beginning to end! The hotel staff was absolutely amazing in all areas and all aspects of guest services and care. I am very impressed by the level of professionalism and positivity that I experienced from the moment that I stepped into the hotel. When I checked in, I had the pleasure of having Emre assist me. Emre was very professional, helpful and acknowledged me as a Diamond member. Throughout my stay, he graciously assisted me with any questions that I had along with providing me with recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Ali and Emirhan were also very helpful and gracious as well. They introduced me to Levent, their manager. I was able to let Levent know how happy I was with Emre, Ali and Emirhan's helpfulness, professionalism and level of service! Additionally, I had the pleasure to meet Esref Gun, the Banquet Manager. Esref is definitely a valuable resource to the Hilton Kozyatagi! He personally sought me out in the restaurant to introduce himself and offer his assistance during my stay as well as gave me beautiful fresh fruit plates and beverages that were delivered to my room. His graciousness and hospitality were so appreciated. The fresh fruit plates were such a nice touch and something I will always remember! The Executive Lounge and restaurant staff were amazing! Meryem, in the Executive Lounge, was so attentive, pleasant and hospitable! The restaurant staff were equally as attentive, pleasant and hospitable! Miroy and Burak were so attentive and friendly! And Neslihon, the breakfast chef, was so good! She actually remembered my omelet each morning without me having to ask. The food that was served in the Executive Lounge and restaurant for breakfast was absolutely delicious and of the highest quality! Honestly, the best food that I have ever experienced at a Hilton Hotel! My compliments to Esref to his banquet team of chefs, as well as to the Executive Lounge and restaurant staff!

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the Holiday Inn for its location.my late check-in and 3N- stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Overall the stay was quiet ok, small rooms but one could manage but we were fooled by one of the employees of this hotel, never ever fall in the trap of these employees when they suggest you a tour package. Erdinç Izer at the reception of Ibis West was one such person who fooled us with a tour package and gave us exactly the opposite of it. We were suppose to get our personal car for the tour package, he gave us a pathetic tour with Azure Tour Agency, which we never asked for. Above all, Erdinc was rude and very rude when we came back, he started shouting at us when we complained about the tour, in his words ”what can i do, its late now, i can't do anything if your day is wasted” this is how he replied, Azure tour driver was talking on phone while driving on a hill top, we were not taken to the spots for which we gave the money, the guide was pathetic and worse, such a bad tour Erdinc provided us and wanted to shut the matter by saying, ”what can i do” extremely bad experience, guys never ever book a tour with Ibis west hotel, book your tour yourself after checking the reviews because Ibis west will provide you with a pathetic tour in which the hotel can earn by making lives of the tourist hell. We were a group of 10 people and all suffered with the pathetic service by Erdinc ... at last after yelling at us for about an hour he agreed to give us a 500 Lira discount as if he was doing some favour on us. Really bad and unprofessional behaviour, if by mistake Ibis gave us the wrong tour they should have apologised and should have returned our money back but ..instead of this Erdinc planned to shout at us and say ”i can't do anything in this” Above all, next day, Erdinc agreed to call the tour package person to talk, but to our surprise when we went to the reception the next day, Erdinc has already left and the tour package person didn't show up at all ... this is the kind of response we got from Ibis West hotel .. do not ever fall in their trap ... we are really not happy at all ... attaching pictures of Erdinc, watch out for this person in Ibis west .. whatever happens to you ..he might say ”what can i do in this, i can't do anything”
