The store in the center of the Sheraton is also super friendly, so let’s not say that the store’s sanitation is not timely. The face tissue and toilet paper are gone. I called many times and they still haven’t delivered them. I don’t know why. I stayed for four nights and booked two rooms. One room just didn’t provide these necessities.

Room is spacious and well cleaned. Location is ok. Public transport is convenient too

It's a nice looking hotel, very clean with comfortable beds. There is daily cleaning free of charge. They have a fan and heating but not air conditioner but it was good for me because I stayed here during autumn time. No kettle inside the room but you can request hot water at the reception or use the kettle in the kitchen area at -1 floor. They have a laundry room, have to pay 20TL at the reception counter, they will give you detergent as well. The only issue with me was the thin walls, i could hear the neighbors snore loudly 😅 In terms of location, there are nice restaurants and cafes nearby. There is a small-medium sized mall nearby which is good. Bus stop is 3 minutes walking distance, but no metro station that is walking distance. Also no tourist attraction nearby annd it's quite far from taksim, but it was convenient for me to go places woth public transport. For the price it's worth it.

It's very close to my friend's house. There are two relatively large shopping centers next to it. You can get tax refund directly in the shopping mall. The hotel garden is very beautiful, and the front desk is very polite. There are many small shops around, and you can also go to the shopping mall to eat.

1️⃣ Subway Station Arrival Hotel About 5-8 Minute 🚇⏰ 2️⃣ Several receptionists are friendly and courteous ✨👩🏻✨ 3️⃣ I live in a woman 5/F, no wake up, feel comfortable 😴🤤 4️⃣ Although the room is large, there must be enough space for one person to live in 🤟🏻 5️⃣ with air duct, refrigerator, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel supply 🧻🧴. 6️⃣ No boxed tissues, no toothbrush toothpaste supply 🙅🏻‍♀️🪥 7️⃣ Breakfast is available 🌞🍽☕️ 8️⃣ There is a small supermarket in the subway station, enough to buy snacks, drinks and personal care products 🍫🥤🪥🪒 9️⃣ The hotel has two big shopping malls (about 5 minutes) straight across the road. There are restaurants ,food court,Watsons, clothing stores and so on 🏢 🔟 Restaurant, Cafe, Manicure Store near the hotel 🍽☕️💅🏻 💁🏻‍♀️ Everyone can rent a hotel with peace of mind. I sincerely recommend 🏨👍🏻

It was a great experience. It was clean, comfortable, and the meal was satisfactory. The location was also very convenient. The price and feeling were relatively moderate, and it was worth the money. I should choose this hotel again next time I go to Istanbul

The location of the hotel is nice. Close to water, market/malls, public transport. The facility is very clean and staff is very friendly and courteous. I am just a little bit disappointed that air conditioning was not working for our 3 night stay and it was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. No body did anything about it. The electrical outlet with universal adpter was not working. Had to call in the maintenance guys to fix it. For a couple, there was no king bed, but two single beds put together. During the sleep the beds would drift apart and one of us would be in danger of falling in between beds 😅 Heavy cigarette smell in the room unfortunately. Overall, the place is nice. Beautiful view from the room and breakfast was good. The airconditioning situation is exception I think so I won't mind staying here again and would not hesitate to recommned it.

Having family nearby, we have had the opportunity to stay at this hotel many times since it opened last year. Front desk sets the tone right from the get go, no matter how early you arrive. They are always willing to help. We appreciated Omer Bey’s help in finding a good room for us, which is not an easy task as we happen to be very particular. We start off our days with an amazing Turkish breakfast, including cooked-to-order gozleme. Everything you eat is as fresh as it gets. Great service by all team members, specifically Filiz Hanim and chef Yigithan Bey. We appreciate how they take feedback seriously and adjust to our needs. You won’t have to repeat your likes/dislikes everyday; they will get to know you and serve you accordingly with big smiles on their faces. Highly recommend booking an executive room to use the lounge where they serve delicious snacks throughout the day and and hot/cold dishes at night. Gym has top of the line equipment and great trainers, Ozge Hanim, Muhammet Bey and Emre Bey. Ozge Hanim at the spa is so sweet and helpful booking sessions. Previous years we tried staying at Sheraton, Hyatt, Polat, Radisson nearby but this JW Marriott blows all of them out of the water. We feel lucky to have such an amazing hotel with great staff near our family and look forward to many wonderful stays here.

There is a commercial street nearby and very close to the metro station, very a very kind person.
