Nov 2024 one night Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room, the service, the coffee, the Bar, the food, the service. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. We will be back, and this is where we will stay each time we are in Istanbul. It was convenient for everything, and the car service was easy to secure. Luggage storage and assistance with reservations for activities are seamless. The staff we met Gamze and Burak fantastic. They met with us, sat us down once we entered the hotel, and made us feel like royalty. They wanted to ensure they understood what we wanted to accomplish and where they could help us. I honestly have not received this level of service in a long time. Very personal, very welcoming, quiet, elegant, and upscale. We have been to other autograph properties in the US and abroad, and this ranks at the top by far. Our room was well-designed, quiet, and had room-darkening drapes. The bathroom was oddly designed but worked. The hotel's rooftop restaurants could compete with the best Istanbul has to offer. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and if you are lucky you will get to meet Gamze and Burak. DHE Nov 2024

The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, and these few fixed staff can fully understand your needs. But when I checked in one day, the shower room was leaking. After changing the room, the luggage rack in the cupboard was still broken. The facilities need to be improved, but the service is good. Overall, the room types in Istanbul are relatively small, but the facilities are complete. The hotel is conveniently located and you can walk to the old city.

I recently stayed at this stunning, elegant, and beautiful hotel for six nights and had an amazing experience. The facilities are top-notch and perfect, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The location is fantastic, conveniently close to tourist attractions and the vibrant Karakoy area in Istanbul. It's within walking distance to almost everywhere, making it ideal for exploring the city. The atmosphere is perfect for both first-time and frequent guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. The staff are all warm and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Dila Yilmaz, the Guest Relations Officer, who recommended fantastic places to eat and visit, enhancing our overall experience. I also want to thank the reception/front desk staff who took great care of us throughout our stay. I will definitely come back here in the future. Highly recommended!
