I wasn´t planning to stay at this property, but it was one of the best descitions on my entire trip. I visited Istambul to get a hair transplant, and the first hotel did not meet our expectations. from the very moment we made the reservation the service was literaly above and beyond. they sent one of their bell boys to meet us near the hotel as it has restricted access to the streen they´re in. the check in process was flawless and with an outstanding service. the front desk agent even sent a happy mother´s day salute to my mother as it was mother´s day in Costa Rica. from there, everyone at the hotel was a sweet heart, from the moment I had my opperation done they were on top and way ahead of every possible need I could have. their room service was fantastic, the rooms are beautifull and every area has a beautiful design. We had a minor incident with a taxi driver arranged by the hotel and they went above and beyond to fix the situation, to make sure we were sattisfied beyond what was needed. we felt so at home that we even came back to their caffeteria days after we checked out. I am truly greatful with all the staff, they really did a flawless job and will definetly stay here again when in Istambul.

The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, and these few fixed staff can fully understand your needs. But when I checked in one day, the shower room was leaking. After changing the room, the luggage rack in the cupboard was still broken. The facilities need to be improved, but the service is good. Overall, the room types in Istanbul are relatively small, but the facilities are complete. The hotel is conveniently located and you can walk to the old city.

The old building complex, the surrounding scenery and buildings are very exotic, but the road is too narrow, making it difficult for drivers. The restaurant on the top floor looks very beautiful. It also serves lunch and dinner, and the taste is pretty good.

I recently stayed at this stunning, elegant, and beautiful hotel for six nights and had an amazing experience. The facilities are top-notch and perfect, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The location is fantastic, conveniently close to tourist attractions and the vibrant Karakoy area in Istanbul. It's within walking distance to almost everywhere, making it ideal for exploring the city. The atmosphere is perfect for both first-time and frequent guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. The staff are all warm and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Dila Yilmaz, the Guest Relations Officer, who recommended fantastic places to eat and visit, enhancing our overall experience. I also want to thank the reception/front desk staff who took great care of us throughout our stay. I will definitely come back here in the future. Highly recommended!
