a beautiful historical mansion right on the waterfront rooms are smaller than overall going measurements, however, clean and tidy like the bathroom I got myself a room overlooking the Bosporus. the view is nice notwithstanding ruined by a busy road built right in front of the hotel. standard breakfast, nothing special.. has its own free car park lots of restaurants around sadberk hanim museum just around the corner and worth a visit down town is like half-an-hour by bus but the ride is scenic (avoid rush hour traffic). the next Sariyer has regular ferry services to the old town.. Overall I was happy with the hotel but also very lucky there was no busy&noisy wedding party in the garden. thank you

We stayed very often in this hotel years ago. The giant lobby in a wonderful hotel was like a palace with a beautifully decorated restaurant with a wonderful view. Now they have made that very wide lobby a 2-3 store building into a income door. The rooms furniture all the old hotel tapes are old and dirty. The men who serve are on the barbecue. The hotel has a distance from professional administration. Any good business hotel in Istanbul serves at this level. Such a hotel must be superbly perfect for this price. They try to make a difference as if they were not required to pay prices including taxes in retail sales under the laws in force in Turkey, saying “We did not pay you” on the outlet as if it was not enough.

The hotel is great, the service is high-class to be 4-star hotel, I was in the restaurant looking for breakfast and there was no eggs revealed or starred, only cooked, and ask Miss Eda and she send me to make egg revealed what I am It seemed very kind, unfortunately the Buffet today was very minimal and basic, there was no Jogurt as yesterday and other things the ”natural” orange juice had a lot of water, did not know 🍊 orange.. but in yes, the food at the restaurant knows good ...

Vize görüşmesi için gitmiştim ve en yakın otel buydu. Bana uğurlu geldi ve vizemi aldım . Müşteriyi karşılamaları gayet içten ve güler yüzlüydüler. Kaldığım oda 1+1 suit deniz gören odaydı ve temizLiği olsun konforu olsun oldukça başarılıydı. Otele giriş saatinden bayağı bir süre sonra girmeme rağmen odanın kombisi yanıyordu ve çok üşüyen biri olarak bu beni çok memnun etti. Oda servisi güleryüzlü ve kibar. Akşam yemeğinden sonra girişyaptığım için çok açtım ve odaya restorantlarından yemek söyledim. İnanılmaz lezzetli ve büyük porsiyonlar. Fiyatları da gayet uygun . The hotel is original, located up the hill with the fantastic view. The hotel consist of several small houses which are rooms, located on the territory. We stayed in on of the standard house (standard room). In a good weather the hotel is great, but we stayed when the rain happend and it was cold outside (in January). I would recommend only for warm weather,because it was cold in the room and especially very cold in a bathroom. Staff is great and helpfull, breakfast was fantastic. The only one thing that is very cold and not comfortable in the room during the cold and rainy weather.

To begin with, now this hotel is called DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. I booked a stay for three nights through booking in a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were given a different room that did not match the description and photo when booking. We returned to the administrator with an attempt to explain that the number was clearly different. He looked for our reservation for a long time, found it, and eventually gave us another room. It was larger and similar in size to the one in the photo, but it did not match in appearance. We were told that there were no other rooms available. In the end, I had to stay in this room. Then we began to examine it in more detail and were in a slight shock. The point was the condition of the room itself: the door trims were broken off, the walls were all chipped to the ground, the sink was loose, the shower hose was frayed, the faucet that was kept on parole. The faucet and fan just stuck out of the wall, everything above the doorway in the bathroom was smeared with cement without any kind of decoration (everything is in the photo). Towels are dirty, with lipstick residue and holes. Bed linen was also in question. The price included breakfast, which again turned out to be not the same as in the photo on bo***********A photo of breakfast is also attached to the review. The main thing there is half a loaf. Arabs work at the front desk, who know a couple of words in English, that is, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. And finally, the cherry on the cake. We decided that we could not stand here for three nights and leave after two nights. As a result, the administrators canceled our reservation when we checked out, and sent information to booking that we supposedly did not check in. In general, they simply deceive people! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Ξενοδοχείο στη πλατεία Ταξίμ , σε τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις στο κέντρο της πόλης και βρίσκεις πολλά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Δωμάτια χωρίς καθόλου θέα και με πολύ θόρυβο από το δρόμο. Το πρωϊνό φτωχό, μόνο η θέα από την αίθουσα του πρωϊνού αξίζει.

It is a simple and modern bungalow-style apartment structure with a kitchen with a electric furnishing and a boiler, one or two rooms, and a bathroom. The private outdoor space has a sofa and some chairs to be enjoyable outdoors. It is 400m from Tarabya tourist port and about 1300m from Haciosman metro headline M2, from which you reach Taksim Square in 25 minutes and less than €.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good amenities and a great service. The big downside was location. No good access to local metro.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.
