Clean and comfy room. Decent size for two pax. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed it. The only downside was they couldn’t find our reservation during check in as we used a 3rd party. Aside from that all is good!

If they give you Room 1 on the ground floor right next to reception ask to be moved as the staff is loud and you can literally hear everything they say. It was maddening to pay good money to feel like you are sleeping in someone’s living room and they are chatting in the kitchen. You can also hear the music played on n the lobby like it was in n your room. Really unpleasant experience.

It was quite good to stay for couple of days. They have got very cosy place to have coffee and read your favourite book. I really liked that place. The metro is near the walking distance. Overall it’s good hotel.

Absolutely nice place for single traveler. The showering was a bit unstable but overall everything was good! I would like to stay there for a next time.

Very poor customer service.

Great location! Few minutes walk to metro station and location was easy access to other tourist spots. Room was surprisingly spacious! Very clean and comfortable stay! Hotel staff was very friendly and approachable. Breakfast has limited selection but price was reasonable.

Although I didn't stay in this hotel, the service of Ctrip is really amazing. The hotel cannot be checked in after 8 o'clock. Danli from Ctrip was very enthusiastic. She helped me call the hotel and called nearby hotels. Finally, I found a hotel with rooms. Otherwise, I would have to sleep on the street. Not only did they cancel the room fee, but they also compensated me with more than 1,000 yuan in cash. For this service, I must recommend it to everyone around me. All my future travels will be contracted by Ctrip.

I stayed in Paris for 500 RMB when the Olympics were approaching. The hotel is worth the price. The hardware level is about the same as that of Ramada, but a little different from Holiday Inn. It is a standard European small hotel.

The hotel is clean and hygienic Strategic location Reasonable price There is a supermarket nearby, which is convenient for shopping. And the hotel has free soda water for drinking. Free luggage storage in Zhongyou 

Check in was pretty quick, staff very friendly and facilities were good. The hotel is located a few steps from a street with several restaurants and supermarkets, and just a few minutes from the metro stop. Overall we had a good stay.
