Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

Best time in Paris and the Pullman hotel was definitely a great option! Very nice friendly and professional staff. We loved it 😻

Although we requested for high floor to celebrate our engagement and got a room at level 1, the view was still worth it! The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Room service was delicious but took about 1.5 hours for it to arrive which we thought was too long as we were famished. Nonetheless, the staff were very friendly.

The bathroom was also luxurious, with a rain shower and high-quality toiletries that added to the overall experience. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a delight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, from classic French pastries to international dishes. The nearby metro stations also made it easy to travel to other parts of the city. Overall, my experience at the Pullman Hotel Paris was outstanding. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and a prime location makes it an ideal choice for anyone looking to experience the best of Paris. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the City of Light.

All staff r so nice!!!!!!

The check-in was smooth and we had our room prepared slightly earlier. The room was small, but clean. The location was the best part of the stay, which was right next to the Eiffel Tower.

Overall quite clean, bed is comfortable, and the room is big enough. However, charging 5 euro for requesting basic utensils. Hotel resturant FAME was a disaster 🫣. Bad service, the waitress has an attitude. Food 0/5, don’t bother to try.

The hotel is very unsafely and no responsibility. Our room opened by a stranger when we were staying and luckily we are in the room! We told the front desk, but the front desk show their face which feels like they don’t care and seem normal!!! How come? After that there’s zero response on it!!! With this price, service and other customer’s experience, 200% not recommend to stay there!!! It’s a disaster experience in my life.
