This hotel needs a total renovation. The walls and windows need a new coat of paint (I would say change the windows). The phones in the rooms don't work (they know it but "cannot do anything"). The windows need insulation (or more correctly renewal) as they leak cold air (They know it but "cannot do anything" when you ask them.) No armchair in the room, the shower rod is not secured. The only good thing is their breakfast is ok and some of the dishes in the restaurant. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I stayed here during a business trip. The view over the lake was amazing! Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever enjoyed. Fresh croissants, different kinds of yoghurt, juices, vegan options. The rooms are a bit outdated and the shower could have been cleaned better, but other than that I had a great stay.

Amazing views of Lago Maggiore, right in front of the ferry, lakefront walk, walk of the “lovers”, sand beach, Quassa Park and so on. Bar and restaurant nearby also. The rooms are well kept and the breakfast had gluten free products. Staff was also very nice, we’ll definitely be back!

Very old structure, well furnished and welcoming reception. Good, clean breakfast. Satisfied with the restaurant, good dishes and well cared for. Clean rooms, shame about the shower curtain, to be reviewed. Excellent lake view from the room, breakfast room and restaurant. All the staff met in a week of business travel very courteous and attentive! Well done

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend in mid-November. We didn't struggle to find a place in the small parking lot, because there were only a few of us in those days. Courteous and helpful reception staff. Lake view room not too large but well equipped (a large wardrobe, a small minibar, a safe, a table and a television), comfortable mattresses; the bathroom could do with updating, but there is a lot of attention to the change of towels and a good supply of samples. Large and bright common areas. Excellent location of the hotel. Good dinners that were served to us, excellent and varied breakfast. Positive experience.

Posizione ottimale sul lago, personale cortese e disponibile, buona colazione a buffet. L'hotel necessita però di un profondo riammodernamento e adeguata manutenzione. La camera, abbastanza spaziosa e con ampio e comodo letto, aveva le tende inaccettabilmente sporche; l'avvolgibile di una delle tre finestre era rotta; il pomo esterno della porta d'ingresso della camera probabilmente rotto poiché non c'era (mancava anche in alcune altre porte). Arredamento ormai troppo vecchio e poco funzionale. Il bagno è invece nuovissimo e molto pulito. Il prezzo è giustificato solamente per l'ottima posizione dell'albergo. Mi aspettavo di meglio.

Bon n lit et bonne literie. Par contre salle de bain déplorable . Manque d’entretien évident . Les repas très bof . À commander la veille et rien d’autre. Jeudi soir nous avions pour notre table 4 fois poisson et 2 fois viande . Nos assiettes de poisson sont reparties avec le poisson . Nous voyagions avec une compagnie de car et ne pouvions donc pas changer d’hôtel 2 nuits nous ont suffit
