Rudely ignored after initially good customer service. Zero response to a request of proof that I was unable to stay - even though they still took ALL THE MONEY for the booking!!! Think carefully about booking with them!

Otelde aktif Tek oturulucak noktası olan Şömine barda ;alanya antalya sahillerindeki görgüsüz turistler gibi localara kıyafet bırakıp personelin aman biz muhattap olmayalım dediği otel İnsanlar görgüsüz düşünsesiz olabilir,,otel buna müsade etmeyip misafirini kendi kurallarına uydurur.

3.gelişimiz, memnun kaldığımız için yeniden tercih sebebimiz oldu. Otelin hemen önünde kendine ait bir babylift olması çocuklu aileler için oldukta avantajlı bir durum. Yemekler lezzetli ve çeşit olarak yeterli. Odalar ve genel olarak otelin tüm alanlarında temiz. Çocuklar için bünyesinde bir oyun salonu bulunuyor, içindeki herşey ücretli. Akşamları çok bir etkinlik olmuyor. Genellikle sakin, eğer sıkılacağınızı düşünüyorsanız yanınızda bizim gibi kutu oyunu getirmenizi tavsiye ederim. Türk hamamı & Sauna mevcut yine çok temiz alanlar ve ücretsiz. Kapalı otoparkı mevcut. Bir kaç sene içerisinde tekrar uğrayacağımız bir yer.

Sirene Davras'a 4. gidişimiz. Standartlarını koruyan, temiz, efsane lezzetleri olan, nazik ve yetkin personele sahip bir otel... Bizi yine yanıltmadı, harika bir tatil geçirdik. Nagehan Hanım ve tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyoruz. Unutamayacağız sizleri ve anıları :)

3 senedir çocuklarımızla birlikte her sene geliyoruz. Bu otelde ailecek çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Bu sene ülkemizdeki iklim şartlarından dolayı kar, biraz az. Ama yine de otel yönetimi bizi memnun etmek için elinden geleni yapıyor. Başta Genel Müdür Ercan, Rezervasyondan Zehra hanım ve Misafir İlişkileri Sorumlusu Burcu hanım olmak üzere tüm otel personeline çok teşekkür ediyorum. Seneye tekrar geleceğiz… ☺️🙏😬

Otelin konumu zaten pistin dibinde manzarası güzel hizmet iyi havuz biraz soğuktu ama yine de havuz hamam sauna ve kapalı otopark imkanlarının bulunması güzel. Giriş veya çıkış günü için öğle yemeği seçeneği sunulması güzeldi biz giriş günü aldık. Çıkış gününde kahvaltı sonrası odayı teslim edip sonrasında kayak malzemelerimizi valizlerimizi lobiye bırakıp işimiz bitince tekrar aldık. Otelin en beğendiğimiz noktası yemekler yediğim en leziz yemekler arasındadır bütün mutfak personeline teşekkürler. Odalar temiz ve sıcak. Otelde yemekle beraber verilen sular haricinde bütün içecekler ücretli (ortalama bir cafe fiyatlarında).
