Central location, everything is within walking distance. The staff were all very kind and friendly. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, there was no minibar in the room. The breakfast was nice. And you can get tea and coffee for free 24 hours.

A bit of a let down after all the great reviews.I did like the hotel, and really central, also staff very nice but, as all the cheaper hotels in Turkey now, do not do any cleaning of the rooms, until the guests leave, it is showing , hence my negative report of the Artan. My bathroom was pretty dirty, and the wal paper was hanging off the wall, and I wouldn't even touch it, because of the muck. I'm traveling round Turkey quite a bit since the covid finished, and this seems to have started since then, and been in a lot of places with no cleaning.Dont they realise that if they don't clean rooms every day the durt is going to settle in. I don't want my linen changed every day, just a clean room. I've had it in Antalya in two places, in Egirdir, and think they should say this in their site that no cleaning done. and I will know not to visit them.

The staff is very attentive and smiling, the room is spotlessly clean, even though water is paid, they told my children that they could get as much free water as they wanted, the hotel is right in the middle of the bazaar, we were happy, it is right in the bazaar and in a location where you can reach everywhere, we made a reservation completely by chance over the phone but we loved the street it was on, the breakfast in the room was sufficient, even though there was no milk at breakfast, the attendant who saw a child at the table at breakfast immediately offered milk to my children, I will definitely go again🫠

Kahvaltı saatinin bitimine 5 dakika kala kahvaltıyı topluyorlar, tam kahvaltı saatinde inmiş olmamıza rağmen her şey toplanmıştı. Kahvaltı etmek için küçük bir tabak istediğimizde ise “sizin hatanız zamanında gelseydiniz” diyerek talebimizi geri çevirdiler. Müşteri memnuniyeti adına hiçbir şey yok. Özellikle otel müdürünün vurdumduymaz tavırları hiç hoş değildi. Odalarda su yok bunun gibi Bir çok eksiklik var asla fiyat performans oteli değil bu fiyatı hak etmiyor

Hotel Ispartanın merkezinde konumlanıyor.1 gece konakladık.Personel güleryüzlü ve iyi niyetliydi.Kahvaltısı yeterliydi.Şehir otellerinde bence en önemli husus temizlik ve hijyen.Temizlik konusunda sıkıntılar vardı.Nevresim takımları yeni yıkanmış hissi vermedi,odada ağır bir oda parfümü kokusu ve alttan gelen sigara kokusu vardı. Arabamızı otele yakın belediye otoparkına bıraktık.
