Ottimo soggiorno. Eccellente pulizia, buona colazione varia e abbondante. Bella piscina. Piccola delusione la mancata possibilità di stare un paio di ore in piscina nel giorno della partenza se non a pagamento dopo avere soggiornato una settimana.

Fantastic hotel right on the sea front. Rooms great size and cleaned every single day (fresh towels etc) Good AC in room (we had a Quadruple room - double bed and two single beds with balcony facing the pool and sea / mountains). Staff were amazing and extremely helpful throughout our 7 night stay. We arrived very late - no problem, as they were expecting this / we left very late and again no problem in storing our luggage up to 7pm in the evening. Housekeeping girls were great / welcoming and helpful working tirelessly. Great large pool , lovely and warm with lots of loungers and parasols. And outside bar. Great breakfast with choices of: Scrambled Egg, hard boiled eggs, frankfurters, bacon, toast, bread rolls, salami, cheeses, yogurts, biscuits, fruit, juices, lots of cakes selections and lovely coffee etc. In all - absolutely wonderful hotel and with this great location - and able to book beach loungers and even beach hut, it was ideal for our family holiday. Nothing negative to say only loads of positives. Ignore the whining and moaning guests that give bad reviews as they possibly never get out much and want to enjoy a Sicilian holiday.

Great atmosphere, if you are looking for the best sea side hotel where to relax, you found your place. The pool is something out of this world, thanks lifeguard Rosario; who is always there ready to help you choose the right drink :D Recommended!!

I would never stay here again!
Stayed for one night (8 hours) before an early morning flight. Checked in at 19:00 for a 4 person quad family room and left at 4am the next morning. They said the reservation was for 2 people. I had messaged the hotel about upgrading to a sea view quad room and told them we would have 4 people. They said it would be an extra 30 Euros for the sea view but no mention of an extra person charge. The hotel's and Expedia's websites site both have the same price if you are 2 or 4 people. They charged us an extra 40Euro at check-in for 2 more. I should have fought it more or looked into it better before paying but we just wanted to grab dinner and go to bed since we had to get up at 3:30. The room was set up for 4 people so they obviously received my message. Then only to get to the room to find one of the bed spreads was dirty and the wall was black and dirty next the bed. We went to bed around 23:00 only to be woken up around 1:30am to blasting music from a club near by. It was so loud! We thought at first it was a room above us. Definitely made it easier to wake up at 3:30. Our 25 & 27 year old kids both live in downtown Chicago so are used to a lot of noise but this was intolerable. We had a wonderful trip to Sicily but this was a very bad way to end it. Definitely look elsewhere. I would never stay here again!

I never write a review but I have to admit although I have traveled the world and visit many place, this hotel is a horrible overpriced hotel. There was a club making noise until 3-4 AM at night and we couldn’t sleep. The towel smelled humidity and the soap dried our skin bad. The internet didn’t work in our room and we left early and the gates were locked (I kid you not, we couldn’t get out). Seriously a 1 star would be a nice thing, and they claimed to be a 4 stars. I suggest you run away.

This is a fine hotel if you need to be near the airport, it is very basic. We were there out of season but were given an excellent beach view room.
The bathroom was clean.
The staff were very accommodating.
