Large rooms, great mountain views, fairly good transport accessibility, great khash for breakfast, excellent children's area and walking area in the forest, panoramic views from the restaurant, nice spa area but not enough staff there

We stayed at the hotel for one night in a superior room, which was spacious and comfortable. The reception and dining room staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner and were particularly grateful for the attention paid to my wife's food allergy. Breakfast was also very good. Overall, we had a very positive and enjoyable experience at the Basgal Resort and Spa.

The service was terrible, I do not recommend it at all. In the restaurant, the service was very bad; they brought our order very late and were not attentive. At the hotel, they held a game for the bank employees for entertainment purposes. Because of their arrival, the service and quality got worse. All the staff were only serving them, even though we paid 900 manat to stay there. Despite asking for an extra blanket from housekeeping, they brought it without sheets. Прекрасный отель. Есть с чем сравнить. Останавливались в Баку в Four Seasons, так вот этот отель практически на уровне, по очень доступной цене. Спасибо персоналу за отзывчивость и заботу. Все новенькое, чистенькое, очень приятно. Бассейн с терассой вообще огонь! Вечером ресторан с ценами выше среднего, хотелось бы больше местной кухни, но, видимо, тут хотят удовлетворить потребности каждого-)

Прекрасный отель. Все на высшем уровне. Очень внимательный и отзывчивый персонал, готовый во всем помочь. Отличнаяя еда (посетили все ресторанф на территории отела и остались очень довольны). Отель отлично подойдет семьям с детьми. Имеется закрытая и открытая игровая зона, качели, няня. Остались очень довольны, однозначно вернемся сюда не раз.

Место было очень красивым. Но обслуживание ужасное. Первый заезд был раньше 3 часов. Цена повышается во время праздников, но, как и в других отелях, не было обслуживания, соответствующего возросшей цене. Во-вторых, они требуют залог в размере 200 манатов, чтобы сидеть на террасе, предназначенной для людей, проживающих в отеле. Ничего подобного не было ни в одном отеле мира. Они фильтруют вино в баре, пока мы его не закажем. Очевидно, что есть разница, когда мы просим, чтобы его открыли рядом с нами. Они пытаются перепродать комнату, хотя уже заплатили за нее. Другими словами, позор, неполноценность!
