The noodles were hard and under cooked. The crispy duck was not crisp at all, in fact microwaved. The prawns were frozen and the texture was all wrong from being over cooked in a microwave. The sauce served with the prawns tasted like something from a bottle, it was thick and sticky sweet. Avoid the pub Thai food at all cost!

This local hidden venue is definitely a surprised to experience! The bar staff are just amazing, welcoming, kind and well trained in the art of service. You have a wide range drinks and the atmosphere is just perfect! I want to make special shout out to Toby and Jade ,i hope they get the right recognition!

Popped in today and had the dinner special for £8. Starter and main course. Great value. Also ordered from home on Monday using the usual apps. Cost me a fortune. They charge them 35% plus for this service. £28.5 for starter , main course and prawn crackers. Go direct. Deleted these apps from phone. Great food and good value.

My husband and I stayed here with our 14 year old granddaughter whilst visiting Hampton Court and other places of historical.interest in the area. We had a family room which was excllent for our needs as it was spacious exceptionally clean and very comfortable beds. We eat in the pub both evenings enjoying a wonderful Thai meal which was the best Thai meal ever. The continental breakfast was lovely with a great deal of choice including fresh croissants, ceral fruit and much more. The staff were lovely and very attentive. Would certainly stay here again and would recommend to friends and familly.

Had a table with you on Sunday for two people under the name Phil Coleman, the swans Sunday roast was such a lovely experience but unfortunately not on this occasion Table booked for 3pm not exactly a late booking for a Sunday When arrived was hardly anything available for the price of 32 pound for two this was disgraceful vegetables available peas and carrots not exactly choice potatoes greasy, Yorkshire puddings ran out had to wait and had almost finished by the time they arrived only 3 meats Before was much more choice and all of these extremely were dry ,that being a understatement This experience was a disgrace and will not be coming back such a shame as the Sunday roast was always the talk of isleworth you should be ashamed Disgruntled customer Mr p Coleman

I booked a twin room for the 25th and 26th December as we had an overspill of visitors at the family home and this cost £200. we were told that this included English breakfast but we would have to share a bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting and had not been cleaned as the shower tray was covered in black hairs and there were empty shower gel bottles also on the shower tray. the glass was filthy and the sink also was filthy and had not been cleaned. this was when we went to collect the key with the idea to come back later to go to bed. We were not able to use the wifi and the tv did not work! the bathroom was still filthy when we went back to ho to bed!!! The room was at best dreadful as one of the windows could not be closed due to a broken handle! I have seen better beds in a tough hostel! The breakfast on offer was surprise surprise a revolting mediocre continental as the lady who stood behind the bar and soon vanished told us only english breakfast Monday to Friday as when w mentioned the filthy bathroom she riposted that well maybe she would try and clean it later!!! We left and went home for breakfast as fortunately we only live in Church Street! the next day we dropped off the key as we were not going to stay another night as we had thankfully made other arrangements but the bathroom was still in the same disgusting state as was the bedroom and nothing had been cleaned!!! we could not find anyone to speak to so the key was left in the drop box. The place is a no better than an expensive hovel!!! Be warned and stay clear at all costs as this place I would suggest should carry a serious health warning!!!!!! I strongly believe that this dreadful place deliberately takes money under false pretences!!!! I just wrote the whole thing off but this place needs to be sued as the management should be paying people to stay there and not the other way round!!!!!!
